Unfortunately in April I spent £800 on 2ml.. Became very unhappy as several people pointed out I had been overfilled. A waste of money to then have to find another £200 to dissolve... Show more »

Wow. None of this is fake. I just prefer not to use my real name which so many others do too on Google . I have spent thousands here I have bank statements and text conversations. Unfortunately in April I spent £800 on 2ml.. Became very unhappy as several people pointed out I had been overfilled. A waste of money to then have to find another £200 to dissolve. £1000 wasted. LOOK AT PICTURES . He put too much in high up so making my face looked wide and an odd shape. LOOK at LAST picture with NO shading. This is after some filler been removed proving he put too much in. A natural looking triangular face we all strive for. See PICTURES. I felt I looked a filler freak. I asked for dissolving as such a bad job. I've now had this done and I'm so much happier. And with NO complications. Had dissolver several times before.
He's in the business where your clients have treatment to improve their looks not to look worse and not wanting to go out places as I looked a freak as so overfilled. Several other places confirmed he had used too much filler .
Very uphappy. Austin refused to dissolve twice and is happy with these results. See pictures.

Austin is the best as far as I'm concerned... He has a wonderful personality and is also very funny , I really look forward to my appointments.. I have botox with him, I have done for years.. I've been to other people and you get movement after 8 weeks. So happy I found him as its absolute value for money.. And the clinic is beautifully clean always... 😍

Been visiting Austins clinic in Westbourne for some time and can highly recommend his treatments. He is a knowledgeable clinician, registered practitioner and prescriber. I have tried a few "cheaper" alternatives for botox etc. in the past but could never achieve the same natural and lasting result as the products used were substandard and, most likely, non... Very poor customer service experience. I had lip filler injected early January ‘24 by Austin. Sadly after 2 weeks I was left with very uneven filler in the top lip where far too much had been added to the left side. I went back twice to try and resolve the issue over a 6 week period, and he ended up advising me to get more filler ‘to even it out’. I was extremely nervous as I had stressed from the beginning I wanted a natural look as my lips are naturally thin. The whole process was very rushed and I even had to remind him to put numbing cream on before he injected more - and he was like, oh yeah, do you want some? Thank god I did because he added about 6 more injections and immediately I knew he’d added far too much. Another customer arrived and I was hurried out. In total I ended up with over 1ml of filler in the top lip alone leaving me with a bigger top lip then then bottom and filler that was way above my natural lip line. I diligently waited 2 weeks for the results - but far too much had been added and I knew I’d have to get them dissolved. By that point my trust in Austin had gone completely. The last thing I wanted to do was go back and have ‘corrective work’ done, as I’d read to inject dissolver took as much skill as injecting filler - and clearly that hadn’t gone well at all. I booked to get them dissolved elsewhere and politely approached Austin to request a refund for the £300 I paid. Sadly he declined to refund me as he said I needed to go back him for the corrective work. I said please can you send me your t&cs and consent form I signed. He failed to produce either and ignored my messages. I’m not sure why he has let his pride and ego get in the way of providing reasonable and fair customer service, as a simple refund would have satisfied me. The whole incident has been extremely stressful and I’ve had 8 weeks of swollen lips, bruising and botched lips - which frankly is unacceptable given the prices he charges. Show less »
