Dr. Margaret is the Pimlico's hidden gem that keeps a profile low, whilst being fully focused on the top notch quality services she provides and the personal relationships she builds with her clients and patients. With her very particular set of skills, the work ethic that is so very hard to find within the aesthetic industry in present times, she continuously manages to produce very elegant and classy looks. Working in the beauty industry myself and using services like botox and filler, for nearly 10 years, I have plenty of experience to compare and never will I ever repeat the mistake of trying out someone else ever again.
Her aesthetic medicine work is excellent, the materials used are top tier, what she offers is the far opposite of the commercialised and depersonalised services of Harley St,
and her eye for beauty+know how combination is just rare! Her exquisite taste is reflected in the very premises she designed the interiors of, the hygiene in there is pristine.
Dr Margaret keeps up to date with the medicinal progress and she never seizes to widen her knowledge. I trust this woman completely, not to mention that she happens to be a very lovely, approachable, down to earth person.

Not sure why it took me 7 years to leave a review, but after yet another treatment today, when Dr. Margaret so skilfully rejuvenated my face which resulted in an instant comment from my husband on how radiant and beautiful I look (he has no idea how this comes about😉), it is only fair to give her the acknowledgement and the recognition she deserves. I first went to see Georgie Williams just as her beautiful clinic opened and from the moment I walked through the gates, I knew there was something special about Montrose. Not only is the decor the most beautiful and sumptuous of any clinic I have ever been in, but the treatments I have had have been excellent.
The first thing Georgie did was a full analysis of my face. She explained how the filler I had previously had at another clinic had migrated and I would need to have it dissolved which I was not keen to do. However, I am so glad I trusted Georgie as once I had had them dissolved and expertly refilled, I was so happy with the result. Almost 2 years on and my lips are still a fantastic shape.
I also trusted Georgie to fill my naso labial folds and again, the results were excellent.
I have always struggled with getting botox to look natural and not overly frozen. However, Georgie was also able to freeze my fine lines whilst not making me look over done and expressionless.
I have now had a consultation with Georgie for a lower blepharoplasty as there is no other surgeon in London that I would trust with my face. Show less »

I had read that Dr Sylvie was very experienced so I knew I was in safe hands. We settled with 'baby' Botox to begin with and a follow up 2 weeks later. I was really happy so we did a little top up when I went back. Dr Sylvie is cautious and worked to achieve the results I wanted. She was sensitive to my concerns and listed patiently.
