I had Botox done with Dr Mehviah at Therapie Clinic Belgravia, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. From the consultation to the treatment itself, everything felt professional, calm, and reassuring.
Dr Mehviah took the time to really listen to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and made sure the results would look natural. The treatment was quick, comfortable, and the outcome is exactly what I hoped for — refreshed but not overdone.

I can’t put into words how much I love this clinic. I have had some horrible experiences in the past with injectors which made me pretty anxious around fillers/ botox. This clinic has come to my rescue and have been so patient with me. Dr Georgie is beyond talented. She did my fillers cheek/lip filler and I am constantly complimented on how amazing my lips... I first went to see Georgie Williams just as her beautiful clinic opened and from the moment I walked through the gates, I knew there was something special about Montrose. Not only is the decor the most beautiful and sumptuous of any clinic I have ever been in, but the treatments I have had have been excellent.
The first thing Georgie did was a full analysis of my face. She explained how the filler I had previously had at another clinic had migrated and I would need to have it dissolved which I was not keen to do. However, I am so glad I trusted Georgie as once I had had them dissolved and expertly refilled, I was so happy with the result. Almost 2 years on and my lips are still a fantastic shape.
I also trusted Georgie to fill my naso labial folds and again, the results were excellent.
I have always struggled with getting botox to look natural and not overly frozen. However, Georgie was also able to freeze my fine lines whilst not making me look over done and expressionless.
I have now had a consultation with Georgie for a lower blepharoplasty as there is no other surgeon in London that I would trust with my face. Show less »

Mihaela has done little corrections nearly on my entire face. The best one was the masseter muscle botox. My entire face changed completely in a better way. I look younger and skinnier with a slimmer face. I’d even say I look more relaxed. She did a great job enhancing the contour on my lips, added cheekbones volume too. The best one was the masseter muscle botox.
My entire face changed completely in a better way. I look younger and skinnier with a slimmer face. I’d even say I look more relaxed.
She did a great job enhancing the contour on my lips, added cheekbones volume too.
We did mesotherapy under my eyes for a fresher look .
I recently corrected a tiny wrinkle between my eye brows and I am very happy with the results. You cannot tell at all I have done something on my face.
