Had my first Botox appointment with Dr Nouran at the Thérapie Clinic in Victoria. She was reassuring, helpful and incredibly friendly which was great as a first time treatment can be quite daunting. Dr Nouran is the best doctors I’ve ever had the privilege of coming across. She single handily is the reason I return to therapy clinic. She’s is the reason I now have a subscription. I had my first session of laser with Diana p and it was such a pleasant experience. I am new to laser so I didn’t know what to expect but she assured me it Whag was going to happen and made me feel comfortable. When I go back to my next sessions. I will definitely be returning back to her

I recently went to the Victoria branch and have found my place! I first had Joelle S who was so kind chatty and friendly she took away any anxieties about pain. Then I had Violeta A who was so thorough, so polite, friendly, kind and attentive.
Both these technicians have really stood out for me and I think I will come back and order more courses mainly for Violeta's service as I feel she was so thorough and I'm getting the best results from her! I had a great experience with Ni Lar. She is extremely professional, gentle, and attentive throughout the whole treatment. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable at all times. You can really tell she takes her work seriously and cares about her clients. I would definitely recommend her.

I went today for my first laser appointment at The Thérapie Clinic, to welcome me Nilas with her lovely comforting attitude which made me feel comfortable straight away.

She was very attentive, looking after me in the best way she could, knowing which area are most sensitive she treat me with so much care.

Can’t wait for another session with you Nilas!

First, I want to thank the reception team for their kind and professional behavior; I was very pleased and satisfied with their approach.

However, I was not satisfied with the laser session itself. Since most of my leg hair is blonde and does not require treatment, I purchased the full package specifically for the darker areas. Unfortunately, the darker areas were treated with very high speed, low precision, and a low laser setting, and I noticed almost no effect in those areas.

Regarding my underarms, only two shots were applied to one of them. When I mentioned this to the technician, they said it was fine. For the other underarm, where more shots were applied and more time was spent, I noticed some results. However, in the first underarm, only two small areas had hair removed, while the rest was left untreated or done with very low attention and care.

This experience has affected my trust in your treatments. If the sessions were performed with more care and precision, I would have continued with more sessions willingly. As it stands, I am very dissatisfied and hesitant to continue further sessions.

I hope this feedback helps ensure future sessions are carried out with greater attention and accuracy, maintaining the trust of your clients.

Had a comfortable laser session today. Painful at times but Ni Lar made me feel at ease and was patient taking breaks whenever I needed them. She was also very friendly. Would highly recommend her for a smooth and comfortable procedure.

I had my Botox done by Dr. Sanja and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! She’s professional, incredibly kind, and makes you feel completely at ease. The treatment was quick, gentle, and the outcome looks natural and fresh. Highly recommend her—amazing experience!

I recently had wonderful experience with Dr Nouran at Therapie clinic, Victoria

My booking was just for consultation, not for the procedure. But Dr Nouran is so skilled and trustworthy and she explained me everything in details and answered all my doubts that i was confident after the consultation that I can fully trust her skills and voila, she proved me right. With very little adjustments she made such beautiful results that I’m in awe of her. I would definitely recommend Dr Nouran to anyone who is scared of needles or has doubts and fear about the procedure itself or who wants to go for subtle but beautiful transformation.
I would rate my overall experience 10/10 and Im sure I’ll keep seeing Dr Nouran for all my future appointments. Show less »

Sonia was absolutely amazing, really put me at ease with my treatment and provided lots of tips going forward for the best possible outcome. One of the nicest places. The thing that I like about their hair lasers removal, that actual laser - doesn’t directly touches your skin, so that makes procedure comfortable and more hygienic. Couple of weeks later, I saw the good result!

I’ve been coming to Thérapie Clinic Victoria for laser hair removal and recently had a session with Maha — and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed! She is incredibly kind, patient, and professional. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease, explained every step clearly, and checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work.

The clinic itself is always spotless, welcoming, and well-run. The whole team is friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing.
