When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and made to feel welcome straight away. The consultation with Dr Vishal was detailed and informative, with no pressure to commit. He listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve and gave honest, realistic advice about how Botox could help.

The procedure itself was efficient and well organised. Every step was explained as it happened, which gave me complete confidence. The treatment room was immaculate, and the whole process felt precise and safe.

I never had botox before and was really nervous that it wouldn't look natural/suit me. Sandy really listened and reassured me during the consultation, so we started with small amount to begin with.
