I had my first leg session today and it was a great experience. The girls at the reception were smiling and gave a warm welcome to their clients. Sophiee was professional and friendly. I’ve been visiting Therapie Clinic for laser hair removal every six weeks and have now completed many sessions — and I have to say, Lydia has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole journey. She’s incredibly friendly, warm, and easy to talk to, which makes each appointment so comfortable. We always end up chatting, and it truly feels like I’m catching up with a friend.
Lydia is also very thoughtful and attentive. She gave me a squeezy stress ball to help with any discomfort during the treatment, and shared lots of helpful advice to make the process easier. Her care and professionalism really stand out.
I also want to highlight how wonderful the Esher branch of Therapie Clinic has been. On two occasions when Kingston couldn’t accommodate me, they found a slot for me on very short notice — something I really appreciated. Their flexibility and customer service have been fantastic.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the entire experience, and especially grateful to Lydia for being so amazing every step of the way. Highly recommend! Show less »

I recently had the pleasure of working with Charlotte for my laser hair removal sessions on my underarms, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience!

As a first-time laser hair removal client, I was a bit nervous, but Charlotte quickly put my mind at ease. She has been nothing short of professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for.

The treatment for my underarms has been surprisingly quick and relatively painless. The clinic uses the latest technology, which includes a cooling mechanism that significantly enhances comfort during the procedure. I felt a slight sensation, similar to a rubber band snapping against my skin, but it was very manageable.

After just a few sessions, I've already noticed a significant reduction in hair growth. The hair that has regrown is finer and lighter than before, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

Charlotte also provided excellent aftercare instructions, including tips for avoiding direct sun exposure and recommendations for soothing creams. I followed her guidance closely and thankfully didn’t experience any major side effects.

She always takes the time to explain every single step of the process clearly, checks in to make sure I’m feeling okay throughout, and creates such a warm and relaxed atmosphere. I was honestly quite nervous about the treatment at first, but Sophie’s calm and comforting approach has completely changed that for me.

We always have the best chats — she feels more like a friend than just someone doing a treatment. It truly feels like I’ve known her for years. She’s professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about how you feel, not just during the session but overall.
