Sarah made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. She talked to me during the treatment, which really helped distract me — I barely felt any pain at all! I mentioned that I have only one session left, and she kindly suggested that I might need a few more to get the best results, which I really appreciated.

I had a very good experience at Therapie Uxbridge. Today was my 6th session with Jade . she’s the best! She works in a very professional way, and even though she wasn’t feeling well today, she performed exactly the same as always. Jade truly loves her job and is incredibly professional and dedicated. I’m so lucky to know her.
After years of wasting money in different laser clinics, I finally found the best and cleanest clinic , and the most expert therapist!

I had my initial consultation which was supposed to be with a consultant Paris on 26th September at 6pm in Uxbridge, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.

Prior to this, I had already spoken with a consultant at Thérapie Richmond, who was extremely professional, kind, and thorough in explaining the process. She recommended a salicylic peel as the most effective treatment for my skin, with clear and noticeable results.

However, my consultation at Uxbridge felt rushed and unprofessional. Paris not only dismissed the advice I had previously received but also recommended a completely different peel, the enzyme peel, which in my view seemed like a much milder option. It felt as though this was suggested so that I would need to purchase more treatments, which is very unprofessional.

On top of that, she tried to upsell me additional products (a cleanser and retinol costing around £80–£90), claiming they were “mandatory” for the treatment, something I had never been told before by Richmond.

What I found most upsetting were the subtle insults she made during the consultation. She remarked, “There are six tones and Im sure you have no idea what these are” and even told me I had “severe acne,” yet somehow not bad enough to qualify for the salicylic acid peel. These comments felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially as I had come with the intention to finalise details and make payment for the treatment under the summer offer.

I left the appointment feeling discouraged and glad I hadn’t booked anything. Based on this experience, the customer service at Uxbridge seems very poor compared to Richmond. Show less »

Went for a consultation for Botox on forehead. I was concerned about my. Forehead looking frozen with a weird shiny appearance I sometimes see on people, this happens too much Botox is given making the skin over relaxed to a “plastic or glassy look” which I really didn’t want. I had a bit of a bumpy start at Thérapie as there was no consistency with who was treating me despite me booking with specific people.
