A very nice, warm welcome and a clear explanation of what to expect.

On the day itself:
Eefke clearly explained what she was going to do, which I found very pleasant.
And then Moniek, who briefly assisted me with the anesthesia, which was fantastic.

I was very nervous, but Nicolette quickly put me at ease. The treatment (Botox) was very pleasant and finally relieved me of my complaint. I'm also very pleased with my more open and rested eyes. I think both Nicolette and Monique are fantastic; they're very friendly and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean, they work according to guidelines, and Nicolette is a qualified doctor (not unimportant when you're having someone work on your face).
