My first time attending this clinic I had the most amazing experience ever the staff are friendly professional and explained ever treatment carefully, the clinic was clean I really couldn't find a fault, I have had two bad experiences in the past from a previous clinic that traumatised me from having lip fillers but vanity clinic put me at ease and assured me everything was under control the ironic thing is when I left the clinic i not only had one treatment I ended up having 2! My lips and chin fillers I felt no pain and the bruising and swelling after was so minimum only lasted a DAY!! Am so happy with how full and amazing my lips look! I get so many compliments on them, I have also booked in for Laser hair removal had a patch test and now I can't wait for my first day of treatment!! the machines used and fillers are up to high standards this clinic is truly one of the best in Birmingham! I definitely will be coming back for more, thank you to the staff for making me feel so at ease with everything and letting me have a experience I thought I could never have from my traumatic experience in the past! I have been coming to Hannah and Jade for a few months now. Immediately I knew that I was in safe hands when talking with Hannah at the initial consultation stage. I told her that I was unhappy with my under eyes and she suggested the Jalupro Youngeye treatment which is amazing (be warned though - it did hurt!). I was booked in with Jade, who administered that and also really listened to what I said, my right eye being more of a problem and she focussed on that. Really happy with the treatment! I have also had some filler done which has massively improved the overall look of my skin as well. Lastly, Hannah also ensured that I was wearing daily SPF to help my skin - she didn't have to do that but it shows that she's actually invested in us getting the best out of our skin regardless of getting the aesthetics treatments. I’ve been going to Cathy for toxin, filler and skin care for 8 years and would (and do) recommend her highly. I have quite a few friends who have gone to her on my recommendation and who are now also regulars. The clinic is spotless and all the medical protocols are adhered to, so I always feel very safe in her hands. As an experienced aesthetic nurse her clinical knowledge of facial anatomy and the structure of the skin is second to none.
I also welcome her honesty about which treatment would give me the best result and also that she will decline to overtreat, so results are always very natural.

The best testament I can give is that no-one believes how old I am when I tell them, yet no-one would never know I have had “work” done. Show less »
