Katherine is really professional and very kind and gentle. She is very knowledgeable and the treatment I received was comfortable and Katherine explained all the aftercare thoroughly. I honestly can’t thank Katherine enough! Being the first time I've ever had botox I was slightly nervous, but from the moment I walked in, she made me feel so relaxed and completely confident. Katherine also recommended a new skin care regime and she has truly transformed my skin. Katherine had been recommended to me via a friend after I moved house. I have used various aestheticians over the years for botox, filler and dermaplaning etc. However, Katherine is a level above the rest. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough and caring. She only recommends treatments that she believes will have a positive impact and will certainly not perform procedures she doesn't believe are required. Her care and attention is second to non and I will only be booking treatments with Katherine from now on. She recommended specific treatments to prepare my skin for my wedding day and I have had numerous compliments from friends and strangers on how healthy it looks. I have an absolutely lovely experience. Katherine was so knowledgeable on the process, answered all my questions and made me feel immediately at ease. I have always been too nervous to get lip filler as I didn’t want it to look unnatural, but I am so so pleased with my results. A noticeable but still extremely natural looking result.
