I don’t even know where to begin in explaining how incredible my care has been. From the moment I walked through the door at my first consultation, right through to walking out the door post op, I have been treated with nothing but friendliness, kindness, dignity and understanding. I was so emotional on the morning of my surgery and I don’t think there was a single member of the team who didn’t use humour and kindness to comfort me, give me a hug or hold my hand. There are no words I can use to express how highly I would recommend these guys.

During my recent visit, I was in the very capable hands of Dr. Natasha Murcott. Attending that day specifically for Botox and fillers. She was kind, honest and offered great advice to alternative skin care available at the practice

Throughout my procedure that day I was completely relaxed whilst Dr. Murcott kept me fully informed regarding my treatment and constantly checked to see if I remained comfortable.

Not only is he incredibly skilled, but his warm and down-to-earth manner made the entire experience so much easier for both my father and me.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure we felt comfortable, and treated my dad with genuine care and respect. The procedure itself was done with incredible precision, the incision was clean, healed quickly, and has left barely any visible scarring. It’s clear that Andrej takes immense pride in his work and goes above and beyond for his patients.

I am a fit and healthy mother of two but suffered with the tummy pouch after having 2 cesarean sections. I couldn't wear tight fitting clothes as they would cling to it. I was put at ease from the moment I made the first phone call to the clinic. All members of staff were friendly and approachable.

Mrs Kat herself is very factual and honest which is just what I needed.. but she is kind and caring alongside her professional disposition.

Recovery time was minimal and I couldn't be happier with the results! Was the best thing i ever did!

Oh and the clinic is lovely and discrete too which is a bonus!
