Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience even thought I feel bad leaving this review as Heidi is a nice lady but my botox started to wear off after 5 weeks and she isn’t cheap. I have had Botox many times before and it’s lasted much longer. Also not all of the lines came out of my head and I’ve just recently had it again somewhere else and they are gone. I went back to Heidi 3 weeks after having it and she said it looked perfect but I disagreed and that was that. 2 weeks after that it was completely gone. I suppose you have to find the Botox person that is right for you as I can see some other people love her Botox.

Heidi is an excellent consultant. She is a true professional in the industry and really takes to time to understand and consult to your needs. I have been nothing but impressed with the service I have received from Heidi and will continue to use her for the future. I cannot recommend Heidi enough!

I did loads of research then came across secret renew right on my doorstep. Was able to book online then had my consultation during the booking. Heidi is absolutely lovely, she put me so at ease and was totally honest about what would be great for me and what I really didn’t need yet! Heidi is absolutely lovely, she put me so at ease and was totally honest about what would be great for me and what I really didn’t need yet! I had all three areas in the end just to see what I liked, if I’m doing something I like to go the whole hog! The whole process took about half an hr, was not painful and the results are amazing! It looks so natural even my boyfriend didn’t notice but I really do!!!! I will be returning, forever, and I really recommend secret renew for top quality Botox and reasonable prices. Thanks Heidi!

Have tried 3 other places for Botox and Lip fillers but Heidi is definitely my ‘go to’ now! . Lovely, friendly and professional, advised me to have less lip filler than asked for (always a sign of someone who put results before money!) and yet shape is amazing. I also found it less painful and have hardly any swelling compared to other places ! Thanks
