I’ve had five treatments at this clinic and the service has generally been professional and cooperative. However, my most recent experience was disappointing and upsetting.

I was only two minutes late to my appointment due to heavy traffic after traveling 10 miles, yet the receptionist told me I had to reschedule. While I understand that timing is important, her approach lacked empathy and professionalism. What made it worse was her body language and facial expressions — she appeared to smirk at my frustration, which felt disrespectful and unkind.

Thankfully, another receptionist stepped in and kindly helped get me in for my appointment. I really appreciated her support — it made a big difference in an otherwise unpleasant experience.

This place has potential and I’ve had good sessions here in the past, but I hope management addresses the importance of respectful and empathetic customer service at all levels. Show less »

Avoid this clinic! I’m a very understanding person, so I gave them multiple chances (even after hearing negative comments from others), but this was the last straw. How can they hang up on me because I couldn’t make it to an appointment and asked to reschedule? The customer service is rude and unprofessional and on top of that, they don’t cater to Black skin... I have a dark skin; started a course of treatment from January 2025 due to my hard spots and scars on my face and I’ve saw decent results but the timing is quite long. I still have a bit of spots still. I won’t recommend this clinic for those that have dark complexions cuz our skin type need proper care from an aesthetician that is more expert with darker sk...
