I had a very disappointing experience at this laser clinic. I went in for Botox expecting a natural result, but unfortunately the treatment was poorly done. The outcome looked uneven and didn’t achieve what was discussed during the consultation. I felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously when I raised them afterwards during the second visit; she reassured me that the lines will get smooth. My forehead lines supposed to disappear as the muscles relaxes however, whenever I raise my eyebrows I can see those lines which is quite disappointing. I had done Botox previously on my forehead which I had a good results I think the doctor in this clinic injected water on my forehead instead of Botox.
I chose this clinic because I expected professional care, and I thought a professional doctor is doing the procedure but I left feeling disappointed. I also paid a hefty amount 😞(forehead and lower face) I am extremely disappointed and I cursed myself for going to this place for injectable procedures. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic based on my experience. Show less »

Niamh had done my brazilian and underarms laser and she has been absolutely perfect! only on session 2 but has made such a difference. would definitely recommend the laser clinic!!

This is the result after a premium HydraFacial. I didn’t see any results — the blackheads are still exactly the same, not even reduced by 1%. I’m not satisfied. When I go for a regular facial, I get much better results.

Since I was in a rush, I didn’t listen to it right away and went straight to my appointment. Since I was in a rush, I didn’t listen to it right away and went straight to my appointment. When I arrived, the receptionist told me that my appointment had been canceled because a member of staff was unwell.
While I completely understand that unexpected things happen and people can get sick, I don’t understand why I was only informed 30 minutes before my appointment. It’s really unprofessional to cancel so last-minute — especially when I had already organized my morning around this appointment. Staff shortages should be managed internally, not at the expense of clients’ time.
I feel sorry for the team member who was unwell, but the situation was handled very poorly. Communication and professionalism definitely need improvement. Show less »

This review is for Niamh, she has been phenomenal. My mum had some concerns regarding her laser however she took over and did a good job and continues to do such a good job of it. My mum is really pleased after going for the session with Niamh. The staff are really friendly too and will take feedback onboard.

Had my laser session today with Tania and honestly, she’s amazing .She made me feel super comfortable and relaxed the whole time. She’s so friendly and easy to talk to. She really knows what she’s doing. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I’ve had five treatments at this clinic and the service has generally been professional and cooperative. However, my most recent experience was disappointing and upsetting.

I was only two minutes late to my appointment due to heavy traffic after traveling 10 miles, yet the receptionist told me I had to reschedule. While I understand that timing is important, her approach lacked empathy and professionalism. What made it worse was her body language and facial expressions — she appeared to smirk at my frustration, which felt disrespectful and unkind.

Thankfully, another receptionist stepped in and kindly helped get me in for my appointment. I really appreciated her support — it made a big difference in an otherwise unpleasant experience.

This place has potential and I’ve had good sessions here in the past, but I hope management addresses the importance of respectful and empathetic customer service at all levels. Show less »

I have a dark skin; started a course of treatment from January 2025 due to my hard spots and scars on my face and I’ve saw decent results but the timing is quite long.
