My first time attending this clinic I had the most amazing experience ever the staff are friendly professional and explained ever treatment carefully, the clinic was clean I really couldn't find a fault, I have had two bad experiences in the past from a previous clinic that traumatised me from having lip fillers but vanity clinic put me at ease and assured me everything was under control the ironic thing is when I left the clinic i not only had one treatment I ended up having 2! My lips and chin fillers I felt no pain and the bruising and swelling after was so minimum only lasted a DAY!! Am so happy with how full and amazing my lips look! I get so many compliments on them, I have also booked in for Laser hair removal had a patch test and now I can't wait for my first day of treatment!! the machines used and fillers are up to high standards this clinic is truly one of the best in Birmingham! I definitely will be coming back for more, thank you to the staff for making me feel so at ease with everything and letting me have a experience I thought I could never have from my traumatic experience in the past! Nicky made me feel so relaxed and at ease about the procedure, plus explained in great detail about the whole process. I really liked that as I didn’t feel rushed and came away with so much knowledge about what I’d had done, as she is so highly trained in what she does. I’m extremely grateful to her! 🥰

Chloe is so warm and she makes you feel at ease instantly. Her studio is cute, classy, and overlooks a gorgeous garden. (You can even hear the birds tweeting outside.✨️) I knew she knew what she was doing, so I wasn't worried at all. And she absolutely nailed it. 🤠
