I walked into Livara Aesthetic Clinic not fully understanding what I wanted or why I wanted it. From the moment I met Alisha, everything changed. She took the time to listen, understand my needs, and explain every detail with so much patience and clarity.
As someone living with bipolar, processing information isn’t always easy for me, but Alisha made me feel completely at ease. She broke down the different treatment options in a way that finally made sense, and she did it with so much care, compassion, and genuine understanding. I never once felt rushed or pressured. In fact, I could have chosen any treatment, but she focused on what would truly benefit me, not what was easiest or most expensive.
Throughout the entire session, she constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and okay. The assessment was incredibly detailed and visual, which helped me understand everything clearly. She even gave me objects to keep my mind occupied, but honestly, I didn’t feel any pain at all.
Alisha told me I might not see results until the next session, but I already feel amazing. My family said I look fresh, and I genuinely feel more confident than I have in a long time. I walked in feeling apprehensive and walked out absolutely over the moon.
Her kindness, professionalism, and quirky sense of humour made the whole experience unforgettable. I’m genuinely grateful to have met her, and I can confidently say I’m a customer for life.
