This clinic is an absolute nightmare. There is a serious lack of professionalism from most staff members, and it’s obvious that nobody knows how to do their job. The clinic is severely understaffed—so much so that I’ve been told twice they don’t even have a receptionist. I’ve spent countless attempts calling the business with no answer and no way to leave a voicemail. What kind of business operates like this?

On one visit, I arrived for my appointment and was left waiting over 20 minutes with no staff member in sight. On another, I drove 35 minutes for an appointment that didn’t even exist because the staff member hadn’t booked me in correctly.

Even trying to reschedule due to work commitments was a nightmare. I was flatly told, “No, this isn’t possible, you’re going to just have to miss this appointment.” The lack of customer care is astonishing.

And to add insult to injury, despite all this, I’ve seen next to no improvement in my hair removal results.

This business is unprofessional, disorganized, and completely unfit for purpose. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. Show less »

I previously complained due to lack of response to my calls, no facility leave a voicemail and lack of response to emails. Their online system isn’t easy to book on so I’ve been advised to email them which I did. I had my appointment finally and raised complaints regarding their service. The same old oh we are short on staff excuses but then the manager from the Coventry branch said she will look into the emails and get back to me. 3 weeks later no response!! Sorry but if a manager cannot get in touch with you there’s a very small chance their employees would. Referring this to trading standards now as I’ve paid for a service which they are not responding back on to book me in!! I asked for a refund of my packages I’ve paid upfront and this has not been actioned their end. Sick of this company and only went with them the second time due to the discount prices but trust me it’s not worth the hassle!! Show less »

Turned up to my laser appointment at 9:30am only to be informed that the staff member was off sick and they wouldn’t be able to fit me in that day. I received a very half hearted apology from a bored looking staff member and no offer of discount to apologise for their mistake. I asked why they couldn’t have called me prior to my appointment to tell me that my appointment was cancelled and they said they only just found out the staff member was unwell, when the shift is about to start? I understand these things happen, but as a fellow clinic owner I would be so apologetic, offer to get them in the same day and offer some of discount. I was just told to rebook and come another day.
