Fantastic Experience with Erin

I had a laser hair removal appointment with Erin and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was warm, welcoming, and instantly made me feel comfortable. Erin explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout the session, and made sure I knew what to expect both during and after the treatment.

I would like to share my feedback about my first laser hair removal session.

From the moment I arrived, I received a very warm and professional welcome from the reception team, which immediately made me feel comfortable.

I would especially like to praise Constantina, who carried out my treatment. She was excellent — very kind, reassuring and professional. I was quite nervous before the session as I had heard that laser hair removal could be painful, but she calmly reassured me that it wouldn’t be. She was absolutely right — the treatment was very smooth and far more comfortable than I expected.

Thanks to her care and approach, the whole experience was as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend this clinic and Constantina to anyone considering laser hair removal. Show less »

I’ve finished my 10 sessions of laser hair removal and found it quite effective. The first few sessions were fine with great staff, however I found that every staff member I had would provide a different type of service. Some are really friendly and chatty, some are extremely rude and make you feel awkward. Some provide great treatment covering every part, others do half a job, rushing you out and forget to put laser aid and sunscreen on and you have to remind them. Knocked the stars off for the lack of customer service and consistency. Show less »
