After years of thinking about it I finally booked my first Botox appointment and I was honestly so nervous. I had visions of a 'frozen' face and was worried I wouldn't look like myself.From the moment I sat down, Dr. Majid was incredible. he made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen to my concerns. He explained everything so clearly, showing me in the mirror exactly what he recommended and more importantly, why.

I pointed out a few different areas and instead of just agreeing, he was so honest. He suggested starting with my forehead lines explaining that the other areas didn't really need it yet. I really appreciated that he wasn't just trying to sell me more

The treatment itself was quick and virtually painless. It's been two weeks, and the results are exactly what I hoped for. The lines are gone, but I still have movement and look completely natural. I just look... fresher, and less tired.

Having had previous nose surgery that involved a cartilage graft, I was understandably nervous about doing anything further. However, MajMajid was incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease.

The procedure itself was quick and surprisingly comfortable. He was gentle, reassuring, and clearly very experienced. The results are honestly amazing — subtle, natural, and exactly what I hoped for. I finally feel confident looking at my profile again.

We went through all my options and discussed what would suit my lips and face best. He also took the time to explain what Botox is and how it works, which really put me at ease. His knowledge and professionalism are clear, and it’s so refreshing to find a practitioner who actually understands what they’re talking about.

Before making an in-person appointment Dr Majid arranged a video call to discuss my options in detail, if I would be happy going ahead with the procedure and raise any questions. This made me feel at ease to book an appointment and ever since then he has always been so kind, friendly and incredibly professional. I am actually not fond off needles either but he always reassures me, making sure I am always happy with the end result and taking his time and care to get a result he is also happy with.

This really helped put me at ease and made me feel completely comfortable going ahead.

Dr Majid is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely caring and understanding and it’s really clear that he genuinely wants to help his patients, not just provide a treatment. The procedure itself was quick and straightforward, and since then my quality of life has improved so much. My jaw pain has drastically reduced, and I feel better than I have in a long time.

I can’t thank Dr Majid enough and would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone considering Botox for jaw pain or any related issues. Show less »
