After years of thinking about it I finally booked my first Botox appointment and I was honestly so nervous. Before making an in-person appointment Dr Majid arranged a video call to discuss my options in detail, if I would be happy going ahead with the procedure and raise any questions. This made me feel at ease to book an appointment and ever since then he has always been so kind, friendly and incredibly professional. I am actually not fond off needles either but he always reassures me, making sure I am always happy with the end result and taking his time and care to get a result he is also happy with.

Dr Majid is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely caring and understanding and it’s really clear that he genuinely wants to help his patients, not just provide a treatment. The procedure itself was quick and straightforward, and since then my quality of life has improved so much. My jaw pain has drastically reduced, and I feel better than I have in a long time.

Really good experience. Easy booking, calm clinic, and Dr Shah took the time to show me examples and walk me through everything. I’ve always had a bit of asymmetry and he explained how he could adjust it without making things look off. The work is so neat, no duck lips, no weird swelling. Just a cleaner shape that fits the rest of my face better.
