I had originally wanted my masseters targeted and she recommended an alternative which I feel most practitioners would not do. You can tell Ana truly cares about her work and how her service is delivered.

I went through with the botox and the filler and I am extremely satisfied with the results; it is exactly what I hoped for!

I have attended the clinic on approximately two to three occasions for Botox treatments. While the results have been satisfactory, I feel it is important to provide feedback regarding my overall experience.

On each visit, I have experienced waiting times of at least one hour. Additionally, during my appointments, I have often felt that your attention was divided between myself and other clients, or personal phone calls. As a client paying premium prices for a professional service, I believe it is reasonable to expect punctuality and dedicated, uninterrupted attention during treatment.

I would also appreciate it you stop offering discounted services for 5 star reviews as this make all the reviews biased.

I value professionalism and respect for clients’ time, and I hope this feedback is received in the constructive manner in which it is intended. Improving appointment scheduling and ensuring focused attention during consultations would greatly enhance the client experience. Show less »

From regular Botox not just to get rid of my wrinkles but also snatch face in every place possible

I’ve also had fillers in my cheeks and tear trough which she’s is absolutely perfect at!

She is the queen of lips and mine look perfect even without makeup

I’ve recently had my eyes fox threaded and this I adore!

She will tell you exactly what you need but always be fair and realistic

I also have a tendency to get very nervous but she is such a beautiful human being inside and out that I feel so comfortable with her

I don’t even live in Birmingham anymore but the 1.5 hour drive is totally worth it

So I had my fillers and Botox done by Ana and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She does everything so carefully and professionally you can really tell she is a perfectionist in the best possible way. She takes her time, explains everything, and makes sure the results look natural and flawless.

I also had my eyebrows done by Karolina and I was absolutely shocked at how good they turned out. The shape and colour are perfect and suit my face so well i had so many compliments. And cant wait for the top up.

I can honestly say I’m so much happier and the result is incredible. I’ve had so many compliments and can see from my before and after shots, that she’s subtlety enhanced my appearance. I’m still me but just look fresher and softer. I was truly blown away with the results and love that my friends and family haven’t seen a dramatic difference but just keep telling me I look fantastic! Anna is a sculptor and the loveliest person. I can honestly say that I am so glad that I began coming to Anna when I did. I was previously going to a clinic in Droitwich run by two doctors. I had been going there for a couple of years and can honestly say that I became unhappy and disappointed with the treatments. The aftercare after a bad reaction to Morpheus was poor but also I felt like the administrating of Botox was lacking. They didn’t mark me up and it felt more rushed. The final straw was recognising tear trough filler had made me look worse. Anna has rectified all of this and I’m finally feeling so happy with the results. I trust her implicitly, her and her team put you at ease and ensure you understand everything. If she thinks you don’t need something she will say and perhaps suggest a better alternative. I wanted to look rested, fresher but still me. She’s given me that and more. Thank you so very much for all your caring. I have visited many clinic’s, Starbrows is super.
Ana is a super talented aesthetician, she’s so knowledgeable and thorough.
I would recommend Ana, because of the wonderful experience I have every time I see her.
I have to mention Eva also, on arrival she can’t do enough to make me feel comfortable and relaxed.

This Women left a permanent disfigurement to my face! And I have the evidence to prove it! After seeking professional medical help and guidance from my GP. I’m slowly recovering, however the scars will always be there! She injected way too much hylurondaise into my face! which melted my own tissues and lips. I Never had a correct patch test in my arm, she patch tested in my lips! She also Injected Botox into the wrong muscle in my chin! Which kept my muscles contracting upwards! My face after dealing with this Women will never be the same! Please avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!! She’s not a medic! Please be aware! I’ve also taken things further.

I know shes a little more expensive than other clinics, but feel that its worth the extra to get the better rusult. I have tried a few different clincs over the years, but after today's experience, I know I've found the best.
I would deffinatlty recommend anyone looking for a new asthetics practitioner. Now I can't wait to see the full results in a couple of weeks!
