Visited the Solihull practice today. All I can say is all the staff were amazing, I specifically drove to see dr ash labib who I wanted to carry out my procedure of non surgical rhinoplasty, I had thoroughly researched his him as I only wanted the best for something like this. I have been going to Dr labib for treatments for almost 8 years. I have visited the clinic several times and each time I leave happy and beyond pleased with results. Absolutely amazing experience with Dr Labib! He gave great advice and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole appointment. The Botox treatment was completely painless and very professionally done. The aftercare was also excellent. My results are exactly what I wanted—natural and beautiful. I would definitely recommend Al Aesthetics!

I also had NCTF treatment with her, and afterwards my eyes looked brighter and my skin looked visibly more youthful. Amazing first experience at AL Aesthetic This was my first time visiting AL Aesthetic and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The clinic has a lovely, clean and calming environment which instantly made me feel at ease. The receptionist, Sasha, was absolutely lovely, very welcoming and friendly and she even offered me the best flat white coffee. She took the time to go through everything clearly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I was then greeted by Donna, who was warm, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to ask detailed questions about my skin, my current skincare routine and the products I use, which made the consultation feel very personalised and thorough. Donna then carried out my deluxe hydrafacial and it was amazing. The whole treatment was incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. She engaged with me throughout the facial, explaining each step, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and glowing. I also purchased their exfoliating cleanser, which I’m really excited to start using and I can’t wait for my next facial. I went in for a pilomatricoma (rare lump) removal - staff were very friendly and Dr Ash and Nadia (assistant) were super kind and professional. Before the procedure Dr Ash asked a few questions and was confident in doing the procedure right away which is nice. Before the procedure Dr Ash asked a few questions and was confident in doing the procedure right away which is nice. He was also clear and direct about the costs of the procedure which I was quite anxious about - the cost was more than originally quoted , though I understood Dr Ash's viewpoint considering the size and the rarity of my diagnosis. I didnt feel a single thing during the whole procedure which was amazing considering the lump I had was huge inside my arm! The whole procedure took maybe 15 minutes. He also provided a script for antibiotics which is diligent. Nadia gave me a small aftercare plan with a pack with special dressings which is good too. Overall, I am very impressed and happy with their service. I would recommend! Show less »
