I had the skin analysis and was expecting to come out with Botox recommendations or other high price treatments however Hannah does her job well and only recommends what is actually needed. I have been more consistent with my skincare for the last 12 months so maybe that helped but it was nice to feel like there was no pressure. It was a lot of information so a bit overwhelming and was sent home with some tester products as homework but again no pressure to buy the products there and then. Have tried 3 other places for Botox and Lip fillers but Heidi is definitely my ‘go to’ now! . Lovely, friendly and professional, advised me to have less lip filler than asked for (always a sign of someone who put results before money!) and yet shape is amazing. I also found it less painful and have hardly any swelling compared to other places ! Thanks
