I had the pleasure of seeing Fleur for dissolving my old lip filler and getting new filler injected, and I couldn't be more impressed!
I came to her office with somewhat deformed lips from years of injecting fillers. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. She was not only incredibly professional but also very caring, taking the time to listen to my concerns, and explained the procedure in detail. We had two dissolving appointments and got rid of all old filler, bumps and migrations.
Our third appointment was brand new lip filler. Fleur listened to what I wanted and gave great advice on what would look the best. With just 0.9 mil we achieved lovely, natural looking lips that brighten and soften my face. She took the time to ensure that everything was done with precision and care.

I went back to her for my a filler in my tear trough, and when she was done I was so emotional. These lines that had made me feel so bad about my appearance, were just gone. It was such a boost of my self confidence. Since then I have also had fillers in my cheeks, lips and chin. The thing I love about Dr Fern is that she listens to what I want and makes sure we are on the same page. I always ask for really subtle changes and she always gets it spot on! People are always asking me if I've lost weight (as it's made my face look so much slimmer!) or tell me that I look really well rested or healthy. I never worry that I look overdone. She made me feel extremely welcome as soon as I walked in, gave me great advice and was able to give me the beautifully natural-looking lips that compliment my facial features (which is exactly what I asked for). She was really attentive to my needs and made the procedure stress-free and as comfortable as possible. The after care she provides is the best I’ve ever received, providing lip care essentials and following up with me the next day to make sure I was happy with the results/ had any queries. The doctor at this clinic was extremely professional, she listened to my concerns as I was worried to look plastic and unnatural. She spent a lot of time explaining the process, asked me to show her a picture of what my ideal face is and took her time assuring me on the material she used. The process was smooth, and the result is magical. I now have avery youthful skin and look a lot younget which is a self esteem boost. The prices are also very fair and the staff are friendly.
