Had my first Botox appointment with Dr Nouran at the Thérapie Clinic in Victoria. She was reassuring, helpful and incredibly friendly which was great as a first time treatment can be quite daunting. I had my follow up appointment 2 weeks later and am SO happy with the results. The clinic was also great, everything was clean and professional looking; and the staff at the front desk were also very helpful and friendly. Dr. Margaret is the Pimlico's hidden gem that keeps a profile low, whilst being fully focused on the top notch quality services she provides and the personal relationships she builds with her clients and patients. With her very particular set of skills, the work ethic that is so very hard to find within the aesthetic industry in present times, she continuously manages to produce very elegant and classy looks. Working in the beauty industry myself and using services like botox and filler, for nearly 10 years, I have plenty of experience to compare and never will I ever repeat the mistake of trying out someone else ever again.
Her aesthetic medicine work is excellent, the materials used are top tier, what she offers is the far opposite of the commercialised and depersonalised services of Harley St,
and her eye for beauty+know how combination is just rare! Her exquisite taste is reflected in the very premises she designed the interiors of, the hygiene in there is pristine.
Dr Margaret keeps up to date with the medicinal progress and she never seizes to widen her knowledge. I trust this woman completely, not to mention that she happens to be a very lovely, approachable, down to earth person.

Not sure why it took me 7 years to leave a review, but after yet another treatment today, when Dr. Margaret so skilfully rejuvenated my face which resulted in an instant comment from my husband on how radiant and beautiful I look (he has no idea how this comes about😉), it is only fair to give her the acknowledgement and the recognition she deserves. Mihaela has done little corrections nearly on my entire face. The best one was the masseter muscle botox. My entire face changed completely in a better way. I look younger and skinnier with a slimmer face. I’d even say I look more relaxed. She did a great job enhancing the contour on my lips, added cheekbones volume too. Mihaela has done little corrections nearly on my entire face.

My entire face changed completely in a better way. I look younger and skinnier with a slimmer face. I’d even say I look more relaxed.
She did a great job enhancing the contour on my lips, added cheekbones volume too.
We did mesotherapy under my eyes for a fresher look .
I recently corrected a tiny wrinkle between my eye brows and I am very happy with the results. You cannot tell at all I have done something on my face.
