I’ve had the most positive experience here. I have had 3 laser treatments so far and every time I’ve visited, I’ve had a different person carrying out my laser treatment, but each time has been genuinely incredible. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful, and they’ve always made me feel completely comfortable, even though the treatment is in a very private area. I’ve felt totally at ease, and all the ladies working there have been amazing.

The process has been quick and efficient, and any time I’ve had a question, they’ve answered it without hesitation. I couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience. I’ve been raving about it to everyone I know, and I definitely want to recommend it to as many people as possible. Show less »

Jayda was great for my last session she was very polite, considerate informative and made the whole process smooth (pardon the pun). In fact she was so fast that I didn’t even need to pay for parking. I want it to be noted that Jayda has helped towards restoring my faith in Thérapie Bromley as I have had a few unpleasant experiences there. Well done Jayda ke... Show more »

I popped in for a consultation yesterday, prior to starting a course of laser hair removal and couldn’t leave happier! All the girls were so attentive and friendly from the second I walked in. My initial lip hair removal treatment was fantastic and very effective. Unfortunately, the quality of service declined when my technician changed to another stuff. During my last visit, the treatment was rushed and done carelessly, especially on my upper lip, where the laser was applied in just a few very quick passes. The results are very poor—even worse th... I read some of the negative comments about this place and I agree with them. I’ve been going here on and off for years and this last year I’ve paid as you go rather than pay for a package. I read some of the negative comments about this place and I agree with them. I’ve been going here on and off for years and this last year I’ve paid as you go rather than pay for a package. I started in November 2004 and I have not seen one bit of difference in hair reduction. The only time I’ve even felt the laser was when one particular woman did my treatment, when the other girls did it I felt nothing and saw no results. I’m NVQ 3 qualified in beauty therapy and have diplomas in many areas of beauty so I know a lot about hair removal. I’ve told them many times you need to turn up the settings on the machine and every time i am ignored. I feel like I’ve been conned really. The place also is always so dusty and rundown, floors are separating and dust on all their products. It used to be lovely and felt like you were receiving much better treatment and from more professional staff that cared. I’m taking my money elsewhere I’d rather pay triple and know that I’m actually getting what I’m paying for and taking time out to do. I’ve basically nearly wasted a year on them running a laser over my face on a setting that isn’t correct for me with zero results and others feel the same by the looks of the comments and speaking to others. I’m really dissatisfied and disappointed that a company in 2025 would be like this 🤷🏻‍♀️ Show less »

I had my final therapeutic laser appointment on Tuesday, and I’m pleased to say the service was excellent. The practitioner who carried out my treatment was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely invested in my care. She took the time to ask about my previous treatments and offered thoughtful guidance on pre- and post-care, ensuring I could get the most out of each session.
Her approach was calm, patient, and clearly informed by both experience and a genuine care for her clients. This made a real difference compared to some of my earlier sessions, which at times felt rushed, with minimal communication that made the process feel impersonal.
While my overall experience has been positive and I would recommend the service, I do feel there’s some inconsistency in how treatments are delivered. A few of the staff didn’t quite demonstrate the same level of attentiveness or suitability for patient-facing care. That said, I was very impressed by the practitioner from my final session and a couple of others along the way, who truly stood out.
