I've had a wonderful experience at The Curated Clinic with Dr Rachel. Being a doctor myself, I wouldn't just go to anyone to have my treatments carried out. Knowing that Dr Aarons is fully qualified and experienced, seeing her before and afters plus reviews, this is why I chose her to do multiple aesthetic treatments on myself. As soon as I walked into her clinic (an oasis down a little side street in Battersea) I felt relaxed and at ease. She was so professional and friendly throughout. My areas of concern were my "jowls", loss of volume and those lines between my nose and mouth getting more obvious (I am 47). I wanted it to look natural and not "done". Dr Rachel did exactly that - I have volume in my cheeks, the lines are so less obvious (to me anyway!) and my jowls have vanished! It was all carried out with minimal discomfort (numbing cream used- thank you!) and I honestly loved the whole experience! This was my very first time having any aesthetic treatments — completely “virgin lips” and first-time Botox — so I was a little nervous. But Emiliana at Castro Aesthetics made me feel calm, reassured and totally looked after the entire time.

I had lip filler and forehead Botox done at the same appointment, and I was honestly so impressed right away. My lips looked beautifully enhanced yet still natural, and the Botox smoothed my forehead so nicely — especially the deep “11s” lines I was starting to develop. It made such a visible difference and boosted my confidence instantly.

I returned for my two-week review where Emiliana used the remaining lip filler, and months later I’m still so happy with the results. I’ll definitely be going back for my Botox top-up soon. In the treatment room, everything was spotless and beautifully presented. Dr Arun Karwal took the time to explain every step, making sure I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling completely confident in the care I received and thrilled with the results. I had a tear-trough filler and some profile balancing which involved some chin and nose filler to achieve a great side profile. I was in shock with the instant result and how natural it looked. I was so pleased with the results.
