Booked a consultation online for 11:30am on Sunday 4th January. Received several email/text confirmations to confirm the appointment.

Turned up a few minutes early on the day and was sat outside the gate in my car for nearly 15 mins - no answer on the intercom, Aisha wasn't answering her phone, I sent a few text messages and no reply. It's now been 2 days since, and I still haven't heard anything at all - no explanation or follow up. So bizarre! Such a shame as was really looking forward to my consultation and booking future services. Based on other very positive reviews and the lovely website and Instagram page, I'm very confused about what's gone wrong here?

I also need to request a chargeback with my bank for the £3 paid to secure the appointment. It is only £3 but I don't feel like I should be paying anything for the hassle of having to arrange childcare and leave my house to attend an appointment where I received nothing, and have since received no communication.
