Absolutely amazing experience at Arc Aesthetics! I had a Hydrofacial with Richard, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so relaxing and inviting. Richard made me feel incredibly comfortable and explained every step of the treatment, ensuring I knew exactly what to expect.

The Hydrofacial itself was incredibly refreshing! My skin felt instantly rejuvenated, hydrated, and glowing. Richard’s professionalism and expertise really shined through – he customized the facial to address my specific skin needs, and the results were beyond what I expected. A couple of months ago I received a DM from @arc.aesthetics offering me a free laser treatment!

Laser hair removal is something that I’ve been wanting to do for a while as I started to suffer with hair growth on my neck and chin after having my children and hormonal changes!
I usually just tweeze which can be annoying and also scar the skin so I thought why not try laser out!

I was really interested to experience it and find out more! I got my sis to come along with me, thank you gurl🫶🏽I didn’t wanna go on my own.

The staff were lovely and welcoming
The booking and all messages were done via WhatsApp and they also sent reminders and directions on the day

I was seen by Joanna who did my consultation, she was friendly, informative and explained the treatment and asked if I had any questions
She cleansed the area, checked that the heat temperature of the laser was comfortable for me and then went on to do my treatment which was around 10 minutes so quite quick as it’s a small area.
It felt like a warm constant pinching or pricking of my skin.

Once the treatment was finished she cleansed the area again, explained the aftercare, how many treatments I would need in order for the treatment to be affective which was 7 sessions and then the maintenance every few months.

I then asked what the price would be expecting it to be really expensive and she said it would be £40 per session! It’s also pay as you go! We were surprised 😳 but happy 😆 and a follow up appointment was booked for me to make sure that I was okay after the treatment 👌🏽

I’ve had 4 treatments and have a significant decrease in hair growth, no more using tweezers and the scaring has gone. I now have 3 more treatments left and I’m extremely pleased with the results

I would definitely 💯 recommend!

During my consultation, Leanne was reassuring and made she we were on board with exactly the look I wanted to achieve. On the day of treatment, I was numbed in all areas where I would be treated and reassured as I was nervous about the pain. The treatment was perfect and Leanne was the best practitioner. After 2 weeks, I returned for my check up where I stated how my frown lines were still visible but I was over the moon with the rest of my results. She reassured me as the muscle there is stubborn and added a top up of botox to achieve the flawless results I wanted. Cannot recommend more and I'll be a regular of Leanne's! Show less »

Richard and his team were able to accommodate my schedule and were so helpful in coordinating the treatment. Once I arrived for my treatment, it was pure bliss. You can tell Richard not only cares about the quality of his work, but also his client’s experience. I wish he was closer to my home in California as I would definitely visit his clinic regularly!
