I had a session today with Zara, and I found her fabulous – very attentive, and very thorough – her attention to detail was fab. She also slowed down during the sections that were more painful and made sure that I was okay at all times. I can’t recommend therapie and Zara any more! Show less »

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON COOLSCULPTING. I was apparently a perfect candidate as I was not looking for weight loss, just a way to shift some stubborn pockets of fat on my lower abdomen. I am fit and healthy but have had 3 children. I took advice and had the procedure across my whole stomach at VAST expense £1,500! I cannot see or feel ANY difference. I reac... Show more »
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON COOLSCULPTING. I was apparently a perfect candidate as I was not looking for weight loss, just a way to shift some stubborn pockets of fat on my lower abdomen. I am fit and healthy but have had 3 children. I took advice and had the procedure across my whole stomach at VAST expense £1,500! I cannot see or feel ANY difference. I reached out to the manager of the Epsom team to raise concerns. There were initially ‘technical issues’ meaning she could not show me my before and after photos. I asked for them to be sent to me - this was refused because of GDPR 🤔 When I explained my legal right to my personal data, 1 set of photos was sent to me. They have failed to send all my photos as requested. I have had to make a legal data subject access request to obtain them, but I have not so much as had an acknowledgment of my DSAR from their privacy team. This is concerning because they process a lot of special category data… Next stop the Information Commissioners Office. Separate to my DSAR I asked for my concerns re the coolsculpting to be escalated, but my requests have been IGNORED. What a shame because before this I had spent a lot of money on laser and had a positive experience but as soon as there has been an issue the treatment has been AWFUL. I have had 4 laser therapy sessions so far and Amber has been absolutely amazing. She is very professional, attentive, and skilled. I am really pleased with the results and would definitely recommend their services!

I just had my first session here today and only have positive things to say. The lady who treated me was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable. The other staff members that I saw were also so friendly and lovely. Looking forward to me next session ♥️

I had an amazing experience at the Epsom branch!

My face laser session with Sophie was absolutely fantastic she was so gentle, attentive, and made me feel really comfortable throughout the treatment. My skin already feels great!

My full body session with Kazhan was also a wonderful experience. She was professional and kind, and I can’t wait to continue my sessions with her.

And a special mention to Victoria, the most amazing manager I’ve met! She keeps everything so organised and creates such a happy, welcoming atmosphere. She truly makes me want to come back and try more treatments when I have more time.

For laser hair removal treatment, I’d have expected a free post laser gel or something to take home for use when irritation occurs. This has been my experience with other companies. Show less »

A good, informative consultation before laser hair removal. Answered all questions and let me test the laser so I knew what it would feel like.
First session was with Amber who was great. She put me at ease straight away and explained every step. She was very quick and I felt comfortable throughout.

The team here are brilliant. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions. My practitioner explains each step clearly and checks in throughout the treatment to make sure I am comfortable, which I really appreciate.

The results have honestly been amazing. After just a few sessions I have already noticed a huge reduction in hair growth and the treated areas feel so smooth. It has made a massive difference to my confidence and everyday routine.
