She was extremely professional and took the time to explain every part of the process to me, including the possible side effects of the medication, which gave me a lot of confidence and reassurance. She was also very accommodating of my work commitments, tailoring my treatment plan around my schedule and providing a personalised plan that felt truly suited to me.
