We had such an amazing experience with Flavio! My sister and I came to the UK for a trip interested in polynucleotides and Flavio took the time to do a virtual consult to explain the treatment before we even arrived. Knowing we were on a tight travel schedule, he actually came in on his day off to ensure we could have all the treatments done we were interested in, while still being close by should we have any concerns post treatment. Both he and Carly made us feel right at home, and were so incredibly warm and welcoming. Additionally, Flavio addressed all of our concerns and is a masterful artist at his craft. Thank you Flavio!! I came for polynucleotides and booked my session with Dr. Wen Sheng L, who was recommended by a friend. I have been a regular client at Thérapie for the past three years, and in my experience many doctors there tend to rush through appointments even when the clinic isn’t busy. Because of this, I often struggled to find a doctor who would take the time to carefully assess my face and provide the most suitable injection approach.

Dr. Wen Sheng was excellent. He was very patient, the procedure was completely painless, and he took the time to give detailed recommendations on how the polynucleotides should be injected to best suit my facial structure. Although it was already good he said that was the most important thing. Using a combination of medical skincare, laser sessions, skin boosters and polynucleotides as well as some carefully applied fillers he has transformed my skin and facial structure. I am regularly told how good my skin is and mistaken for many years younger. Amanda is also wonderful - always, kind, warm, supportive and efficient. The whole clinic is light, clean and uplifting. Today I had an appointment with Dr Hursh Joshi. I really enjoyed the entire process - although I was coming in for things I already had done before I had a lot of questions about future treatments and they were all answered with really in depth information. I got the usual Botox: masseters, 3 areas, hyperhidrosis, and profhilo. What is really unique about this doctor is he does and tries treatments himself but you wouldn’t know unless he told you (which is what I want my own face to look like). It really makes you feel at ease. I much prefer my doctor to have been in the chair himself or herself so I feel any recommendations are genuine and they truly understand the pain with needles. He was very gentle with the needle and I had no bruising (rare for me - I bruise when the wind blows it feels like). I really like Sisu clinic and the doctors they choose - Dr Hursh was very kind and like with Dr Maude I felt seen and heard (as well as treated 😁) and it honestly makes all the difference during and post treatment. I left feeling more positive than when I came in.

Anyway with the great doctors and painless treatments plus booking is so easy it’s a no brainer for me to come to this location as I travel a lot and never know super in advance when I can have the time to do treatments. When I am in London I come from Walthamstow to do my appts so it’s literally 35 mins door to door on the vicky line!! Easy. Thanks guys 🫶🏻

Old review from May 2025: Had an appointment with Dr Maude for polynucleotides - injections were really painless and very rarely I was not bruised the next day. I was able to ask all the questions I wanted and there was always an answer - the doc really takes pride in getting all the latest info so I feel confident in coming back!
