A very friendly atmosphere. Lucy explained the full treatment she was doing and gave me great aftercare advice. The prices are reasonable. Highly recommend the quality of service.

Dr Lucy is the best. I will never be going anywhere else for my botox!! As someone who just recently switched to Dr Lucy, I can say it was the best decision I've made. She really listens to what you want to achieve. She is also incredibly gentle! You barely feel the needle at all!

Dr Lucy is fantastic. I've had a number of treatments with her now and I wouldn't trust, or go to anyone else. She really listens during consultations and you're never rushed or pressured into having treatments. I can’t recommend Dr Lucy enough. She is always warm, friendly and polite (even on her last appointment of the evening!). Her advice is honest and she has a great aesthetic eye, so you can be sure you’re receiving the best advice for you. I always feel super relaxed in our appointments too, and any injectable treatments have been minimal in terms of pain. If... Show more »

After having visited Dr Lucy over the past 12 months, I am very pleased with the treatments I have received. Each visit begins with a consultation of what I want doing and is discussed thoroughly before any treatment begins. A procedure may involve a couple of visitors as it is done gradually so that we can assess how my face is reacting. Nothing is rushed.... Show more »

My first time having having any procedure done was with Dr Lucy. I was really nervous at first but Dr Lucy made me feel at ease immediately and guided me through the entire process. The reason I was nervous about getting lip filler, was because I didn’t want my overall appearance to change too much. I was looking for a very natural result, which is why I went to Dr Lucy. The result I was looking for was exactly what I got.

At first Dr Lucy gave me 0.5ml which is what I wanted, and I felt this was the perfect amount to start with. After too weeks I went back to Dr Lucy and she added an extra 0.2ml. I liked that Dr Lucy gave me the option to do this, as I was able to get used to my lips and see if I did wanted a little more. Dr Lucy was very calm and professional throughout the entire process. I have had so many compliments with my lips from the people I have told, saying how natural they look. Other people haven’t even noticed which is exactly what I wanted.

Dr Lucy also was very realistic with the aftercare for my lip filler. She was very supportive of me not over doing it and keeping it natural. This is something I think is really important, as she clearly cared for the after result as much as I did.

I would highly recommend Dr Lucy and I am looking forward to going back to her for more procedures in the future. Show less »
