I’ve never written a bad review before, but this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had since starting my full back laser treatments. No one ever told me about the shaving requirement during my previous three sessions — not once. When I came in this time, the therapist refused to do the treatment because it apparently didn’t meet their shaving standard. I tried to calmly explain that this was my fourth visit and no one had ever mentioned this before. All this part was frustrating but still very much understandable from their perspective.

But here comes the highlight: While I was explaining, another staff member nearby rolled her eyes and said, “Why is she talking so much? So loud” right in front of me. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Also, this clinic constantly tries to upsell packages and products. Even when I book with the same person, I end up getting someone different each time, they explained that’s unavoidable due to staff shift, and if you don’t buy what they recommend, the attitude changes immediately. Very disappointing experience — I’ll never come back, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Show less »

I was expected to have 30mins of free consultation explaining everything about the treatment as I have never had Botox in my life before. I think the therapist didn’t know that which is even worse and more frightening. She even asked me if I had initial consultation with another doctor!!!
I got 5 mins explanation and I think she just wanted to proceed to the treatment.

It was actually quite scary and unprofessional. She didn’t introduced herself and stated her qualifications and spoke about her experience, she did say her name though. I had to asked if she is a doctor or just a practitioner.

She was very sweet during the treatment and a lovely person but I think she has no clue that this was my free initial consultation, don’t read my form as I was called to the room 15mins before while still doing my consent forms. So, she definitely didn’t read it. Which scary and unprofessional. I literally felt like another number that needs to be done that day therefore call her as soon as we can considering that she is here early.

In addition, the confirmation of my appointment was sent with a wrong post code. When I followed the link “how to get here” it took me at the back of the Liverpool Station. When I googled the address of the clinic it had different post code. I did mentioned this to the receptionist upon arrival.

So, the entire experience left me feeling like I never want to go back there again and I wouldn’t not recommend this place to anybody because I was scared during the whole time I was sitting in that chair. I am dreading to go back for my review in 2 weeks.

Poor girl maybe it was some miscommunication or she was too busy to read her notes and juts treated me like a Botox veteran. Show less »

Kayla L is fabulous! First time having Microneedling with Therapie Clinic and will not be my last. I have had the same treatment elsewhere and hands down Kayla L. has been the best in terms of her care, the conversations and how my face looks and feels...next morning and there isn't any redness?! Best clinic for laser treatment. I recieve a few treatments, always with Prajeeta who is absolutely fantastic. She is so professional and nice. She's friendly, polite, on time and always provides helpful advice for aftercare. She talks you through the whole process (which isn't as common as you may think). Best clinic for laser treatment. I recieve a few treatments, always with Prajeeta who is absolutely fantastic. She is so professional and nice. She's friendly, polite, on time and always provides helpful advice for aftercare. She talks you through the whole process (which isn't as common as you may think).
