Maddy was an amazing therapist! She took her time and completed the laser in great detail. She noticed my skin was sensitive and applied gel straight after each part. I was really taken care of.

This has become my go to clinic after trying out 5 stores plus the flagship! Great transport links too.

Got botox today for the first time with Dr Wei. Was only there for a consultation at lunchtime and he was so informative and knowledgeable that I ended up booking for the treatment the same evening! Really recommend and was able to see promising results the same day! Get booked up - don’t hesitate 🥹

Had my first laser hair removal session today and Ieva was amazing. I was nervous at first, but she instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I’ve had a few laser hair removal sessions on my face here so far and can only say good things about them, good service, always checking in and asking loads of questions. And the lasers are safe for people of colour and they’re mindful of areas when you might have hyperpigmentation

I’ve never written a bad review before, but this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had since starting my full back laser treatments. No one ever told me about the shaving requirement during my previous three sessions — not once. When I came in this time, the therapist refused to do the treatment because it apparently didn’t meet their shaving standard. I tried to calmly explain that this was my fourth visit and no one had ever mentioned this before. All this part was frustrating but still very much understandable from their perspective.

But here comes the highlight: While I was explaining, another staff member nearby rolled her eyes and said, “Why is she talking so much? So loud” right in front of me. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Also, this clinic constantly tries to upsell packages and products. Even when I book with the same person, I end up getting someone different each time, they explained that’s unavoidable due to staff shift, and if you don’t buy what they recommend, the attitude changes immediately. Very disappointing experience — I’ll never come back, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Show less »

Dayani is so knowledgable and helpful. She tailored my laser hair removal course to my specific needs. She answered all my questions and helped me get a great deal. 5 starts for Dayani!
One star taken off for the building and booking process - the stairs are steep and a bit tricky. I think the website should state this before you book.

I always come here for my laser treatment but Rihana is my personal favorite she is like so caring and kind . She is the best doctor. I am so happy with my results. All the staffs are so helpful and nice.

I got 5 mins explanation and I think she just wanted to proceed to the treatment.

It was actually quite scary and unprofessional. She didn’t introduced herself and stated her qualifications and spoke about her experience, she did say her name though. I had to asked if she is a doctor or just a practitioner.

She was very sweet during the treatment and a lovely person but I think she has no clue that this was my free initial consultation, don’t read my form as I was called to the room 15mins before while still doing my consent forms. So, she definitely didn’t read it. Which scary and unprofessional. I literally felt like another number that needs to be done that day therefore call her as soon as we can considering that she is here early.

In addition, the confirmation of my appointment was sent with a wrong post code. When I followed the link “how to get here” it took me at the back of the Liverpool Station. When I googled the address of the clinic it had different post code. I did mentioned this to the receptionist upon arrival.

So, the entire experience left me feeling like I never want to go back there again and I wouldn’t not recommend this place to anybody because I was scared during the whole time I was sitting in that chair. I am dreading to go back for my review in 2 weeks.

Poor girl maybe it was some miscommunication or she was too busy to read her notes and juts treated me like a Botox veteran. Show less »

Really friendly and kind staff. I had my treatment with Natalene today who was attentive and thorough, made sure the area was treated properly, and put me at ease at every step. I felt in good hands and it really makes a difference if you're new to laser treatment.
