I have been coming to M1 Beauty for my filler treatments, and I can honestly say it has been such a positive experience every single time. The doctors here are not only extremely professional but also very skilled at what they do. They always take the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understand the procedure and feel completely comfortable before starting.

What I really appreciate is how understanding and approachable the doctors are. They listen carefully to what I want to achieve and give me honest, realistic advice so that the results look natural and suit me personally. I’ve never felt rushed or pressured, which makes such a difference compared to other clinics I’ve tried in the past.

The clinic itself is also clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff are friendly, polite, and always make me feel comfortable. From the moment I arrive to the moment I leave, I feel very well looked after.

I had an excellent experience at Therapie Clinic Bishopsgate and I truly recommend this clinic.

I’ve been going there for laser hair removal and I’m extremely impressed with both the technology they use and the results. In my opinion, it’s the best laser hair removal treatment I’ve ever tried. Everything is done very professionally and the procedures are always clearly explained beforehand.

I also had lip fillers with hyaluronic acid, and the result is absolutely beautiful. My lips have never looked this good — the shape is perfect and very natural.

The Botox treatment was also excellent, giving a very natural and refreshed look.

A special mention goes to Dr Wei Sheng L., who is a wonderful doctor — extremely professional, attentive to detail, and very reassuring. He takes the time to explain everything and makes you feel comfortable and safe throughout the treatment.

The staff are also incredibly kind and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere of the clinic is very professional.

Couldn't be happier with the result, very natural and subtle. Chris has years of experience working with injectable fillers and it shows. He uses a technique which avoids bruising in the treated area. I did have some swelling, which is quite normal. but it largely subsided within 24 hours.
