She was extremely professional, polite, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment we started the session. Her expertise and attention to detail were clear throughout the session, and she took the time to explain everything with great care. The treatment was comfortable, precise, and carried out in a very clean and welcoming environment. I truly appreciate Meri’s professionalism and kindness — I left feeling confident and very well looked after. I’m already looking forward to my next session on laser hair removal and my Botox and fillers
I end up treating myself to a skin treatment as I had a consultation with the doctor and she was extremely professional as well

John has to be the best in the business! He has a wonderful bedside manner mixed with incredible expertise, using the right technique and always suggesting the best products. I have been back to John several times over a long period and have had cosmetic procedures from Botox to fillers. John has transformed my appearance. He also somehow manages to deliver the procedures in a way that minimises bruising and I have always had perfect results. Something else that John does is offer excellent after care, always checking in and seeing how I am doing, requesting photos to make sure the results are at a high standard that he delivers. I felt a bit 'frozen' and unnatural. However, my visit to John changed all that. He was incredibly patient and totally understood that I wanted an understated look, and was just aiming to appear a bit 'fresher' and slightly younger. Several friends have told me how good I look and ask what creams I'm using! And finally, I was brave enough to have a tiny bit of filler in my lips. Has made such a difference! I also had strong dent in my cheeks that always made me self conscious, I spoke to her about these and she talked me through the treatment options. I went back to her for my a filler in my tear trough, and when she was done I was so emotional. These lines that had made me feel so bad about my appearance, were just gone. It was such a boost of my self confidence. Since then I have also had fillers in my cheeks, lips and chin. The thing I love about Dr Fern is that she listens to what I want and makes sure we are on the same page. I always ask for really subtle changes and she always gets it spot on! People are always asking me if I've lost weight (as it's made my face look so much slimmer!) or tell me that I look really well rested or healthy. I never worry that I look overdone. She made me feel extremely welcome as soon as I walked in, gave me great advice and was able to give me the beautifully natural-looking lips that compliment my facial features (which is exactly what I asked for). She was really attentive to my needs and made the procedure stress-free and as comfortable as possible. The after care she provides is the best I’ve ever received, providing lip care essentials and following up with me the next day to make sure I was happy with the results/ had any queries. Several years ago I tried botox and fillers but was never completely happy with the results as the change looked obvious. Recently, my daughter in law had hers done by Dr Sam and the result was very natural. She looked as if she has just come back from a relaxing holiday.

I took the plunge after a consultation with Dr Sam. He listened to my concerns and explained the recent advances in the practice of aesthetics, the variety of materials used and I was very happy with his approach as he put me at ease.

I had my first session a week later and I am very happy with the result. I will definitely go back again in order to maintain the improvement in my appearance without the change being very obvious.

Now that I have more information, I will consider further available procedures.
