I was quite unsure about having any treatments done, but Nicola immediately put me at ease. She really listens and takes the time to recommend what you need, not just what’s trending. I went in thinking I needed Sculptra, but her honest, expert advice led to a completely different treatment that turned out to be absolutely perfect for me. This was my first ever aesthetic treatment and I’ve always been reticent, but within hours I could already see amazing results. Nicola is warm, easy to talk to, and clearly a highly skilled practitioner. I felt in such good hands as I easily bruise. I would recommend her to anyone.

I went to Luana initially for Sculptra, I was quite nervous as I wasn't sure what to expect, but Luana really did exceed my expectations.
I felt like I was seeing an old friend. Luana made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

The treatment was excellent with very minimal pain. It's difficult to come across a practioner who is skilled and has mastered their technique, yet I'm sure to say Luana is an exception to this and is exceptional at her craft.

As I reached my mid-30s, I realised that whilst a good skincare routine is foundational, to achieve the results that I wanted, I'd need some small tweakments. When I first spoke to Dr Andy & Dr Andrew, my brief was that I wanted to natural whilst restoring some volume loss in the face (due to weight loss) and also to help get rid of my angry elevens (frown lines). They suggested Sculptra to support natural collagen production and add a little more volume to my cheeks, as well as Relfydess in three places (aka the "6 month Botox"). Two Sculptra and one Relfydess later, I've already noticed a difference in my appearance, looking "fresher" with my skin smoother and plumper. Dr Andy & Dr Andrew were super professional and the treatments were completely painless, even if the Sculptra does feel a little weird at first!
