I was caught a bit off-guard by the delay in the appointment because I didn’t expect the app itself to bug with the delay, but I’d say that was more of a technical issue. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at the Leicester branch. I initially enrolled in laser hair removal and, following the procedure, i booked a consultation with Amanda, who then introduced me to polynucleotides treatment. Subsequently, I scheduled an appointment for this treatment on the following Friday, with a quoted price of £615 for three sessions of polynucleotides + HA and £468 for polynucleotides eyes.
On the day of my treatment, upon settling the payment at the reception desk, I was charged £780 for polynucleotides + HA. This amount exceeded the initial quote of £615. The manager on duty appeared unaware of any price adjustments. I then showed Amanda a screenshot of the prices from the Therapie app, which I had shared with my family before my treatment to promote Therapie. Afterward, a staff member mentioned that the prices had been increased on Monday, despite my appointment being scheduled before the change.
As a result, I was required to pay £780 instead of the expected £615. I am disappointed with how this matter was handled, especially the manager's inability to resolve the issue. It is unfortunate that no effort was made to contact the head office. As a customer, I find this situation misleading and feel a sense of misrepresentation. Slowly making me regret my decision of doing treatment with you. First 2 appointments did not help as the consultant used a very low setting. She no longer looks to work here. So I had 2 sessions wasted due to her. I now also have issues with my appointments. They are constantly cancelled some with less than 24 hours notice, other times I find my appointmen... Show more »

I now also have issues with my appointments. They are constantly cancelled some with less than 24 hours notice, other times I find my appointments changed without my consent or awareness until I check the app.

Date on the screenshot shows its today 24/09/25 - yet my future appointment has again since been cancelled showing “no show”…

I was looking to arrange further treatments since I noticed reduction, but at this point with the poor service being received, wasted sessions am considering not too. Show less »

The procedure here is less painful, and I started seeing noticeable changes within just a few days. The staff is not only professional and skilled, but also very respectful, inclusive, and welcoming – which means a lot, especially for someone from the LGBTQ+ or trans community. I felt comfortable and supported throughout the process.

I’m really happy with how it’s going and definitely plan to continue with other areas. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for safe, effective, and gender-inclusive laser hair removal! Show less »

So far I've been to one session with Ellie as the technician who was really nice and made me feel at ease.
