Just had my third full body laser session with Ellie, and she’s honestly amazing! She’s so friendly, caring, and professional, which makes the whole experience very comfortable. She always takes her time and makes sure everything is done properly. I’m really pleased with my results so far. highly recommend!

As a person of colour I was quite nervous about starting laser because of stories about burns and pigmentation on TikTok and other socials, but honestly it has been amazing here. I have been seeing Mehwish (therapist) for over a year and she is just the best. So lovely, friendly, and always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. She explains everything and checks in with you during the session, which really helps. The laser works so well on my skin and my hair growth is now almost non-existent. I even laser my whole face and I have had no side effects at all, which I never thought I would be confident enough to do.. Such a good experience overall, I would not go anywhere else. Show less »

A special shoutout to Jasmine — she was incredible. She explained everything clearly, made me feel completely comfortable, and genuinely cared about getting the best results for me. Her attention to detail and calm, reassuring approach made the whole treatment so much easier.

The clinic itself is spotless, modern and well-organised, and the staff are always happy to answer questions. I’m really impressed with the service from start to finish.

My original booking was scheduled for the 1st of November at 3:00 PM for both therapy sessions. However, the day before, on the 29th of October, I received a call from the Leicester branch asking to move both of my sessions to an earlier time. The call was around 14:15 PM. When they rescheduled me, I wasn’t completely sure which therapy the change was for since I am taking two types of therapy, but I still agreed to the new time.
The next day, 1st of November, my appointment was changed to 11:25 AM. I called to inform the branch that I might be a little late. The lady who answered said that was fine, and that although I might miss the first session, they would still be able to do the second one — at least one therapy.
When I arrived at around 11:37 AM, the receptionist told me that I was already 20 minutes late, which was not correct. I understand that I had already missed my first session, but my second session was booked for 11:35 AM, and I arrived exactly on time for that one.
I also want to highlight something important: I have attended nearly 10 sessions so far, and I have always been on time. Even then, I normally have to wait around 10–12 minutes before my session actually starts — so how is this being taken into account now?
I was booked for a full-body session, but this situation has been very disappointing. At this point, I honestly don’t even feel like recommending this place. Show less »

Attention to detail- took the time to ask questions and explain things well, taking notes at the end so I wouldn't forget.
During my laser treatment too, I was made to feel comfortable, treated with dignity and no judgement( exactly what you want when doing full body!), being patient when needing to take a breather when doing the sensitive parts. They consistently check and discuss before and after treatment post laser treatment.

So i don't understand why she didn't do it together. Now I have to book and go all the way to town again just for my underarms. Do you think I'm free that every week I will go to the clinic for 1 appointment?
My laser for Bikini Ellie finished in 5 minutes. Now underarms i guess will be done in 2 minutes. When you try to ask or tell the manager at the reception, that the therapist finished very quick. I doubt if she's doing it properly. Manager always give excuses that their therapist are very expert and professional so they do it fast, or some says depends on clients body.
Now we two people from the same family going to this clinic and doing same laser hair removal treatment and im big the person is small. But we both get our treatment finished within 5 minutes.
I'm being complaining this from the very first appointment. But they are just not taking it seriously. The hair still growing.

I can’t complain at all about my treatment. They have been professional, friendly, supportive, caring and have always been on time bar a few minutes. Have been flexible when I’ve needed to move appts or anything. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at the Leicester branch. I initially enrolled in laser hair removal and, following the procedure, i booked a consultation with Amanda, who then introduced me to polynucleotides treatment. Subsequently, I scheduled an appointment for this treatment on the following Friday, with a quoted price of £615 for three sessions of polynucleotides + HA and £468 for polynucleotides eyes.
On the day of my treatment, upon settling the payment at the reception desk, I was charged £780 for polynucleotides + HA. This amount exceeded the initial quote of £615. The manager on duty appeared unaware of any price adjustments. I then showed Amanda a screenshot of the prices from the Therapie app, which I had shared with my family before my treatment to promote Therapie. Afterward, a staff member mentioned that the prices had been increased on Monday, despite my appointment being scheduled before the change.
As a result, I was required to pay £780 instead of the expected £615. I am disappointed with how this matter was handled, especially the manager's inability to resolve the issue. It is unfortunate that no effort was made to contact the head office. As a customer, I find this situation misleading and feel a sense of misrepresentation. My decision to pay was solely because I appreciated Amanda's service. Show less »

I now also have issues with my appointments. They are constantly cancelled some with less than 24 hours notice, other times I find my appointments changed without my consent or awareness until I check the app.

Date on the screenshot shows its today 24/09/25 - yet my future appointment has again since been cancelled showing “no show”…

I was looking to arrange further treatments since I noticed reduction, but at this point with the poor service being received, wasted sessions am considering not too. Show less »

The procedure here is less painful, and I started seeing noticeable changes within just a few days. The staff is not only professional and skilled, but also very respectful, inclusive, and welcoming – which means a lot, especially for someone from the LGBTQ+ or trans community. I felt comfortable and supported throughout the process.
