They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, explained the process thoroughly, and set realistic expectations — which I really appreciated.
The treatment itself was quick, comfortable, and precise. The results are absolutely perfect — completely natural-looking, with no heaviness or unevenness whatsoever. It’s clear these two know exactly what they’re doing.
I’ve had Botox before, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Dr Andy and Dr Andrew are a fantastic team — skilled, attentive, and genuinely passionate about getting it right. I’ll 100% be returning and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering treatment! Show less »

I’d followed Dr Andy and Dr Andrew on Instagram for some time and was always impressed by how informative and in‑depth their content is. I’d been looking at a few different options, but knowing they are both qualified GPs really reassured me that I was in safe hands.

The booking process was quick and easy. When I arrived, the clinic was modern, clean, and easy to find. I was greeted by both of them, and we sat down for a chat about my goals. They really listened to what I was saying and clearly explained the technical side of what I’d mentioned, which helped me fully understand the process.

Once the consultation was finished, we got started. Having both doctors present genuinely made the experience enjoyable. They took their time, explained each step before beginning, and gave me opportunities to take breaks in between.

The follow-up has been just as good, easy to contact and, once again, excellent face‑to‑face service. We discussed future treatments, and although all the information was clearly explained, there was absolutely no hard sell at any point.

Overall, a 10/10 service from start to finish. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

As I reached my mid-30s, I realised that whilst a good skincare routine is foundational, to achieve the results that I wanted, I'd need some small tweakments. When I first spoke to Dr Andy & Dr Andrew, my brief was that I wanted to natural whilst restoring some volume loss in the face (due to weight loss) and also to help get rid of my angry elevens (frown lines). They suggested Sculptra to support natural collagen production and add a little more volume to my cheeks, as well as Relfydess in three places (aka the "6 month Botox"). Two Sculptra and one Relfydess later, I've already noticed a difference in my appearance, looking "fresher" with my skin smoother and plumper. Dr Andy & Dr Andrew were super professional and the treatments were completely painless, even if the Sculptra does feel a little weird at first! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for Dr-led aesthetic treatments in Manchester, and have recommended to many friends. Show less »

I’ve had a really great experience with Dr Andy & Dr Andrew at The Aesthetics Doctors MCR . From the first consultation everything felt very considered and professional, with clear explanations around what would and wouldn’t work rather than just pushing treatments.

I’ve had Botox and I’m now working through a longer term skin plan, and the results so far have been excellent. The approach is very natural which was important to me, especially as I’d had a previous experience elsewhere that felt overdone.

They take the time to explain the reasoning behind each recommendation, and you feel like you’re getting proper medical advice rather than a sales pitch. The whole process has been straightforward and really well managed.

I’ve been to Dr Andy and Dr Andrew’s clinic twice now, once for Botox and once for chin profiling and I couldn’t be happier with my results.

The Botox is the strongest and most effective I’ve ever had. It’s settled extremely well and looks natural which is exactly what I wanted.

For my chin profiling, they talked me through everything in depth. I felt completely informed and never rushed. They explained the best approach, and what would suit my face rather than just doing a standard treatment.

After discovering their work on Instagram, I made an appointment with Andrew & Andy at The Hadley Clinic in Manchester. They were professional, reassuring and the results are incredible! And bonus point for absolutely no bruising!!
After two weeks I sent the practitioners images and videos of my face and it was determined that a follow-up appointment to make any adjustments was not necessary. It’s worth noting this has never been the case with my previous experiences.
All my concerns were addressed and my skin has never looked better!

I went ahead with treatment and I’m genuinely pleased. My under-eye area looks visibly brighter and less dark, and the treatment to soften the lines around my mouth has created a refreshed, youthful effect while still looking like me. I just want to say a big thank you to Andrew and Andy. I’ve been to quite a few places over the years for Botox and other treatments, but this experience genuinely felt different.

They took their time, asked the right questions, and showed real interest in what was bothering me and why I’d come in. It didn’t feel rushed at all or like I was just being moved through quickly. The advice felt honest and practical... including when not to do certain treatments. For example, they talked me through jaw filler but advised waiting until my weight loss is more stable, and suggested skincare I could use at home to treat other problem areas i'd raised. That kind of honesty is rare and really reassuring. And you're also getting treatment from two GPs as well who have that more well-rounded view.

In the end, for my first treatment I went ahead with Botox. But unlike other people I’ve seen they actually explained exactly what product they were using and why they use it, with a clear focus on men’s faces. The whole appointment was calm, thorough, and comfortable, and i'm so happy, the results have been the best I’ve had.

I’ll definitely be sticking with them going forward. Thank you both so much :) Show less »

I recently visited Andy and Andrew for Botox in two areas. Having attended several Manchester-based clinics over the years, this was by far the most thorough and knowledgeable consultation. It’s also the first time I haven’t needed a top-up at the two-week mark. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend!
