I recently had 0.5ml lip filler done with Clare and had the most incredible experience. She was extremely thorough throughout the entire consultation and considered all aspects, including my facial harmony and the amount of filler needed to enhance my natural lips while keeping the result subtle and natural, which was an absolute priority for me.

I went into the procedure with the utmost confidence in her expertise and knowledge, and I am absolutely over the moon with my results. Such a tiny tweak has made the world of difference. My lips are absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted.

I would strongly suggest going elsewhere for laser hair removal. I seriously regret opting for such a large organisation, and I am genuinely unhappy, disappointed, and dissatisfied with my whole experience here. I thought this treatment would be life changing, but it's just been a huge disappointment.

I bought 10 sessions and was encouraged at the time to go for that package rather than a smaller one, which is arguably where the problems started. Getting booked in for body sessions is a mission, and it is almost impossible to contact the clinic for anything, even a quick question or a heads-up that you're running late. They used to have a WhatsApp channel for this, which then disappeared with no clear notice or alternative given.

As a result of being unable to reach anyone, combined with a few genuine medical issues that they supposedly accommodate (in my experience, they don't), I now have 3 unused body sessions set to expire, despite trying in good faith to book and get in touch. I was told by several different staff members, on separate occasions, that I would not lose my sessions as long as they were booked and could simply be moved. I've now been told this isn't true, which as a customer I find genuinely confusing and frustrating. It's been a real shock and a huge disappointment. I really regret taking the staff's word at face value. They are very quick to get you to sign these contracts at the point of sale without clearly highlighting key information, like the expiration policy. The website draws you in talking about being flexible and accommodating to your needs, but in reality this has not been my experience at all. I feel genuinely misled.

When I raised this as a formal complaint, the response was equally disappointing. Rather than honouring the sessions I'd already paid for, I was offered credit to repurchase more sessions, or the option to put the value towards a smaller treatment, meaning a full body session would essentially be reduced to something like a bikini session. That isn't an equivalent exchange for what I actually paid for.

Overall, I'm extremely unhappy with how this has been handled. I've found the clinic unaccommodating, very difficult to contact, and the customer service genuinely disappointing, especially given what a significant financial investment this is. I feel really disheartened and sad about my whole experience here. I would not recommend this clinic at all. Show less »

What worked:
• Underarms and bikini area have responded really well — I’ve seen around 80–90% hair reduction. These areas had coarse hair, and the results were impressive.

What didn’t:
• Chest and back, where the hair was quite fine, showed little to no improvement. I don’t think laser is effective for finer hair.
• Arms and legs were a bit disappointing — the reduction was less than 50%, so I wouldn’t say it was great value for money in those areas.

Overall:
It’s definitely worth it for areas with thicker, coarse hair like the bikini line and underarms. But for finer hair, results are limited — so I’d say invest your money wisely depending on the areas you’re targeting. Show less »

Currently on my 4th session for laser hair removal. At every stage of speaking with someone from 1st consultation to now, everyone has been so friendly, welcoming and informative. I needed surgery to remove metal in my leg before laser could begin and they were so accommodating and flexible around this. Even now with scaring they are comfortable to work around it.
