I had a lovely experience for my first session with Amelia F, she was very professional and put me ease with the whole process as I am not comfortable baring all especially with body hair which I am particularly sensitive about. I also live the location as the parking is nice and simple and the shopping centre is easy to navigate.

- The technician asked how painful I had found my first treatment, adjusted strength and checked throughout to see if I was okay
- She gave instruction to wear protective eyewear

Area for feedback:
- Once again the technician opened the door wide open when leaving the room, this time I had a chance to cover myself at least but still makes me feel uncomfortable that anyone in the corridor can glance and get a whole view of my without clothes on. I would suggest technicians approach opening the door with more discretion to preserve dignity of the client.
- I also received an email a few days later confirming a booking for my next treatment in four days, Despite me not requesting this or organising this with anyone. I’ve had to call to cancel and ensure that this will not be deducted from my prepaid slots. Show less »

Kate made me feel very comfortable and at ease for my first appointment, making sure she explained everything to me. I have fast hair growth and had to rearrange my appointment but this was not an issue and everyone was so helpful.

Leah was amazing very gentle and relaxed when she was doing my face treatment made feel calm and relaxed as well. I highly recommend this place all the staff are lovely and friendly. I did the enzyme peeling treatment make my face glow after the session immediately and last for weeks ❤️ I love it

I have been coming to therapie clinic for over a year now and always have a really good experience! I often book in with Leah she always lets me know if there is anything that we will be changing each time I come in. She is always so welcoming and makes me feel very comfortable during treatments!!!

I had such a pleasant experience at the Metro centre Thérapie Clinic. Leah was incredibly welcoming and supportive during my consultation, and my first treatment went great with plenty advice and aftercare. Looking forward to my next appointment!

I’ve had three microneedling sessions so far, and my 1st and 3rd sessions with Charlotte gave me the BEST results. She really knows what she’s doing! My 2nd session (with someone else) didn’t feel as effective, so after that I specifically requested the team to book my 3rd session with Charlotte only — and I’m so glad I did. I started my laser hair removal journey here but found it wasn’t customer focused more a big chain just wanting numbers! Customer service isn’t the best and the results were ok so I went to another hair removal company in Killingworth as they had 50% off and it’s a much nicer company. More personal and see the same person every session.

Got my 6th session today and absolutely loving the hair free laser treatment highly recommend this to everyone! A big shoutout to Sadia Mahmoud who works there. She is a lovely lady and very thorough with her job. Absolutely love her.

Mt first visit today. Was made welcome by staff and Dr Narges El Gadi, who talked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable and fully informed to be able to go ahead with the procedure booked. Would recommend with confidence to anyone thinking about going.

Just had my third session of LHR. Kate was by far the best therapist I’ve had since I’ve been coming. The other staff members are good too. But Kate took time to make me feel at ease, change the settings on the machine to ensure I was comfortable for each body section. She wrote them down in a book for next time. I’ve been going here for a course of 10 laser hair removal sessions, and my experience has been frustrating overall.

Appointments are frequently changed at the very last minute which is really disruptive to my schedule. Yet when there was a mix-up with one appointment on my end, they refused to honour it—meaning I’ve now lost a full-body AND full-face session I paid for, which is not cheap!

As well, I specifically book with certain staff members for consistency and because of my anxiety. However, the laser specialist booked often changes too. For something this personal and intimate, I think it’s reasonable to expect consistency and advance notice so I can choose to reschedule if needed.

While some of the results have been decent and many of the staff are lovely, the overall service from the company feels inconsistent and dismissive. I’ve had a few bad experiences here where the treatment felt rushed and not as thorough depending on who I saw. Again, another reason why I wanted the same person each appointment.

What’s most disappointing is the lack of accountability when things go wrong. It really feels like once they’ve taken your money, the level of care drops significantly. Sadly, I’ve heard similar stories from others too.

I was planning to book more top-up sessions here, but I’ll be going elsewhere now. It’s a shame, because I had hoped to continue for the sake of consistency—but on principle, I can’t support a business that treats clients this way. Show less »
