I’ve been going here for a course of 10 laser hair removal sessions, and my experience has been frustrating overall.
Appointments are frequently changed at the very last minute which is really disruptive to my schedule. Yet when there was a mix-up with one appointment on my end, they refused to honour it—meaning I’ve now lost a full-body AND full-face session I paid for, which is not cheap!
As well, I specifically book with certain staff members for consistency and because of my anxiety. However, the laser specialist booked often changes too. For something this personal and intimate, I think it’s reasonable to expect consistency and advance notice so I can choose to reschedule if needed.
While some of the results have been decent and many of the staff are lovely, the overall service from the company feels inconsistent and dismissive. I’ve had a few bad experiences here where the treatment felt rushed and not as thorough depending on who I saw. Again, another reason why I wanted the same person each appointment.
What’s most disappointing is the lack of accountability when things go wrong. It really feels like once they’ve taken your money, the level of care drops significantly. Sadly, I’ve heard similar stories from others too.
I was planning to book more top-up sessions here, but I’ll be going elsewhere now. It’s a shame, because I had hoped to continue for the sake of consistency—but on principle, I can’t support a business that treats clients this way.
