I had my laser hair removal treatment with Makenzie and she made the whole experience amazing. She was so lovely, welcoming, and really took the time to listen. I explained everything I had previously done, and she created a realistic plan that genuinely suited my needs.

Throughout the treatment she made me feel comfortable, informed, and well looked after. Her professionalism and kindness truly stand out, and it made such a difference to my experience.
