03/10/25 In my opinion, they have amazing offer in their website, then when you book a consultation you are brainwashed to convince you to buy at least 10 session which is “recommended” (just try 6 first and see) I saw the consultation women are actual aggressive sales person, I saw a woman being told that price won’t be there tomorrow, in my case I went to ask questions as is a consultation and I was manipulated to buy a package, that’s not all, they add 2 creams that they claim to be necessary for the treatment (they are not, just say no), I notice in the front desk at the entrance there is a contest to win £200 for leaving a review here.
I had one session already all went well but careful, you could pay less if you let you manipulate by them.
02/12/25 update, they are not doing any better, I booked the session with the same woman I saw previous and they just changed the person and the time 15 min earlier, they tried to sell me more areas using the Black Friday discount and asked me to leave a review for the chance to win £200…
15/01/26 update, again they change my booking for 10 min earlier without telling me anything, there was another woman assigned, it’s very uncomfortable that they just change the ppl every time, she entered to the room when I was half naked not ready, at the end she asked me for a good review 😅
