This was my first time at Headlines clinic. I had Botox and fillers. Katherine is extremely attentive and caring and makes you feel so comfortable. She carried out a full and thorough consultation, resulting in the best most personalised experience and the exact desired look. Her clinic is spotless and beautiful. I was given as much time as I needed after treatment as I required and given verbal advice on aftercare as well as print outs to take away. I visited a very prestigious clinic in town for my treatment previously but I will now only visit Headlines in the future. I would recommend Lucy to anyone considering facial aesthetics or treatment. In a culture of “more is more” and unscrupulous clinics she stands out as a genuine and talented professional.

I was nervous to have Botox or filler done because of the horror stories I had seen online. Lucy put me completely at ease and clearly explained each process. There was no pressure to have any treatment and I truly felt that if Lucy didn’t think it would look good then she wouldn’t do it.

The results are exactly what I wanted - natural but lifted.
