I would recommend Lucy to anyone considering facial aesthetics or treatment. In a culture of “more is more” and unscrupulous clinics she stands out as a genuine and talented professional.

I was nervous to have Botox or filler done because of the horror stories I had seen online. Lucy put me completely at ease and clearly explained each process. There was no pressure to have any treatment and I truly felt that if Lucy didn’t think it would look good then she wouldn’t do it.

The results are exactly what I wanted - natural but lifted.

I recommend Lucy to anyone I know considering facial treatments and I wouldn’t consider ever going elsewhere. Show less »

Came to Lucy for lip filler for the first time. She really listened to me with my fussy concerns of size, changing my lip shape and pain. I’m a fainter and terrible with pain but Lucy was extremely confident, understanding and patient with me, I couldn’t recommend her any more! It can be daunting choosing which aesthetic practitioner to go to, so I thoroughly researched before attending the clinic with Lucy. My preconception was that she offered natural looking results with adherence to professional standards and backed with years of experience - all of which was confirmed when I attended my appointment. Lucy was friendly and welcoming and spent a considerable amount of time discussing procedures with me, as well as alleviating my fears and discussing planning for all eventualities - the ideal appointment for anyone new to treatment or an anxious patient. Lucy is highly professional and listened to all of my preferences, expectations and questions. The treatment was conducted with care and I have been delighted with my results. I did not feel rushed or pressured at any point which demonstrates the high standard of care offered - the patient’s best interests are at the centre of all services. After first treatment of Botox i came in for review 3 weeks later with Lucy to see if I was happy with the results of my Botox. I’m 67 and wanted lines around my eyes and too lip to look softer. I went for my consultation with Lucy, she is so lovely , lucy makes you feel at ease, and is very knowledgeable about her products and treatments. I have booked in for skin boosters and will book in for fillers too . I cannot recommend her enough and cannot wait to get my treatments done . I am so excited!!! Thank you Lucy. ❤️
