My preconception was that she offered natural looking results with adherence to professional standards and backed with years of experience - all of which was confirmed when I attended my appointment. Lucy was friendly and welcoming and spent a considerable amount of time discussing procedures with me, as well as alleviating my fears and discussing planning for all eventualities - the ideal appointment for anyone new to treatment or an anxious patient. Lucy is highly professional and listened to all of my preferences, expectations and questions. The treatment was conducted with care and I have been delighted with my results. I did not feel rushed or pressured at any point which demonstrates the high standard of care offered - the patient’s best interests are at the centre of all services. After first treatment of Botox i came in for review 3 weeks later with Lucy to see if I was happy with the results of my Botox. I’m 67 and wanted lines around my eyes and too lip to look softer. After first treatment of Botox i came in for review 3 weeks later with Lucy to see if I was happy with the results of my Botox. I’m 67 and wanted lines around my eyes and too lip to look softer. After a wee top up I am delighted with the natural looking results. It’s great to have the review at no extra cost to make sure you’re 100% satisfied. She’s very welcoming and easy to chat to. The salon is spotless. I had to travel an hours drive to the salon, but was worth it as she’s very knowledgeable and I wanted to feel safe with who was doing my procedure, and she has all the proper requirements and experience.
