Laura is the only reason I come back, she makes me feel so comfortable and safe. Initially I was going to stop after three treatments but Laura explained how it works and has shared her own personal experience which has encouraged me to keep going back. Initially I was going to stop after three treatments but Laura explained how it works and has shared her own personal experience which has encouraged me to keep going back. I can’t thank her enough and I really enjoy coming to the clinic to have my appointments done by her. She’s is highly requested for a reason and should get more recognition. The clinic staff are overall nice but some staff are more kind and knowledgeable than others. Never had a bad experience but I do feel like you are pressured into buying bundle packs not at your own accord. Luckily for me I’m confident enough to say no in front of other customers but staff should be mindful of peoples finances in front of people as it can be awkward. Show less »

My issue comes with the fact that I was taken in over twenty minutes late for the appointment. The consultation was then interrupted three times by staff who came into the room to ask my consultant questions. On the second occasion, my consultant left the room for ten minutes and I was left wondering where she was. On the third occasion, a member of staff walked in and asked her colleague to leave the room as she needed to use the equipment in the room we were in. She did not address me directly as a customer. She also gave no thought to where we could go instead and there was a discussion between the two staff members in front of me about where we could go. My consultant was very apologetic but I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. My consultation took one hour and 15 minutes in total. I didn’t envisage it would take longer than 20 minutes. The results are exactly what I was hoping for – natural-looking, but still with a noticeable difference. Sarah also takes before & after photos, which was really reassuring and helped me see the results objectively. The clinic itself is lovely, and the reception staff are genuinely warm and friendly. I filled out contact us and was contacted and told they would much prefer that I see their senior consultant as the previous consultant had left the company. I then received another call saying sorry we can't let you see the senior consultant it would need to be the one who originally done your treatment. I advised them I wasn't keen on this and told it's not down to Therapie the consultants are all self employed and rent rooms from them and they can't help as it would need to be the person themselves. I got another call saying yes you can see the senior consultant. Now as I'm on my way to the appointment I get another call saying no it would need to be the original person. I have never been messed around so much and through all this have the worst anxiety. I'm paying back over £700 over a year for something that has made me look worse and I now have to find someone else and pay them more to rectify this. The original consultant is the loveliest person and it's just something that could have been rectified easily but the bad service from the therapie staff and how they have dealt with this has been dreadful. Keeping in mind it was them that called me saying they would prefer me to see someone else as there more experienced. I hope and pray they don't treat anyone else this way. Show less »

Her expertise, care, compassion, empathy, making sure your comfortable, making sensative areas less painful by taking her time with you. I really cannot recommend her enough highly. I have seen a hugh reduction in my hair growth arms, underarms, hair growth can't be seen there and what is there is very fine barely noticeable to the naked eye. Legs, bikini 60% reduced. Evi always asks at each session where I am sseing a difference and what areas require focus and adjusts her settings. Due to this positive experience I am looking to book more treatments. All the team at the Braehead clinic are very friendly and helpful! Laura has been great at putting me at ease when getting my laser treatments. Always professional but also friendly and talks away, making it feel less awkward. Would highly recommend.

Had a great laser service from Taylor. I normally attend a different practitioner and was very nervous when I saw I had somebody new however Taylor was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. She gave me a really thorough laser session and gave great advice for moving forward.

The best experience with Maja at Therapie. I was a bit nervous first coming in but she settled my nerves, talked through the whole process and I am so glad I decided to go ahead. I'm a few sessions in now with laser and already notice a difference. Highly Recommend!

I recently had a skin scan done and couldn’t believe what it told me about my skin! So interesting. All the girls are so helpful and really welcoming. The girl that did the scan was so knowledgeable and I felt like I left knowing more about how they can help me with my skin concerns. Will definitely be back to book in a treatment.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend this place. I've held off since September to leave a review. I came for facial laser treatment; everything was okay. I told the therapist doing my treatment that when she was lasering my upper lip, it was extremely painful, and I could feel the heat burning in my teeth. None the wiser, she said there was only a little bit left, so I let her continue. This was my first time, so I wasn't sure if that was normal. My gums were definitely tender after the treatment. I woke up the next day to swollen, sore, and cut gums. I contacted the clinic, sent them photos of my gums, and they said they would look into it. It's now November, and I'm still going back and forth with emails, yet no resolution. I spent just over £436 on 10 sessions here. I will not be continuing due to what happened to me. I asked to be refunded, and they have not acknowledged this. They are so fast to push you into getting it done and buying the 10-session package and taking your money. they seem so professional at the front of house then when it comes to the treatment you give a girl that looked like she couldn't be bothered with her job

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS NOT WORTH THE PAIN AND TRAUMA THAT COMES WITH IT AND YOU WILL BE OUT OF POCKET !!! Show less »

Have been getting laser hair removal done for a few months now and the clinic is the best! They are really helpful and welcoming. Maja who does my laser hair is great and passionate about her work. Done lots of research before picking thérapie and would 100% recommend their cleanser & aloe Vera for aftercare. The aftercare is just as important as the procedure so I definitely wanted good quality, professional products. She thoroughly explained the entire procedure, patiently answered all my questions, and ensured I felt comfortable at every stage. I have been having laser hair removal elsewhere and had 5 sessions. I changed to this clinic and had Laura carry out my treatment today. She was so pleasant and extremely thorough. She paid so much attention to the areas I still had growth and seems very knowledgeable.

I was helped today by Leila in Glasgow Braehead. She was so fantastic and made me feel relaxed throughout my laser appointment. She also recommended further treatment that I did not know was on offer so I will be back to book skincare sessions because of her. She was supportive and friendly

Evi is absolutely amazing! She is by far my favourite laser therapist. She always makes me feel so comfortable, and her treatments are completely painless. She explains everything clearly, takes her time, and makes the whole experience relaxed and stress-free. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

I did hydra facial and Taylor is amazing doing the treatment for me. She seemed to be very knowledgeable knowing and understanding my skin type, advising required remedies. She went beyond her job and helped me whatever way she could. Strongly recommend and love to back for another treatment!

I had a cosmetic treatment with Dr Jan and was really impressed. The clinic felt professional, welcoming and very safe.
Everything was explained clearly, the treatment itself was quick and comfortable, and the aftercare advice gave me real confidence. I'm delighted with the natural result and would definitely recommend Dr Jan to anyone considering treatment
