Absolutely amazing team, never felt so at ease doing something I was so nervous about. I was worried for years, think I felt embarrassed, but as soon as I walked in and spoke to the first member of staff my nerves left me. Professional, affordable and most importantly, (in my opinion) friendly. Can’t wait to go back for my other sessions and fry these follicles! Done lots of research before picking thérapie and would 100% recommend their cleanser & aloe Vera for aftercare. The aftercare is just as important as the procedure so I definitely wanted good quality, professional products. She thoroughly explained the entire procedure, patiently answered all my questions, and ensured I felt comfortable at every stage. Her professionalism, kindness, and gentle approach made me feel completely at ease and confident throughout the session.

This was my first time getting the treatment so I was a bit apprehensive about it being sore but it was just a series of tiny scratches, not painful at all, and that’s coming from someone quite squeamish. Sarah was so lovely, and made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. She talked me through everything, so I understood how it worked and what to expect.
