I would give zero stars if I could. My experience at Glasgow Signature was extremely poor. On arrival, the receptionist didn’t acknowledge me and simply pointed to where I should sit. I would give zero stars if I could. My experience at Glasgow Signature was extremely poor.

On arrival, the receptionist didn’t acknowledge me and simply pointed to where I should sit. I waited nearly two hours with no update—only to be told they were running late after I went back to ask.

There was further confusion when my name was called incorrectly, and the situation was handled unprofessionally. Although one doctor was polite, the overall service was disappointing and disgusting!

During my consultation, Dr Ahmed was dismissive and did not take the time to listen to my concerns. I was told I would receive an email to book for the 25th, but this never happened.

Overall, the lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. The way I was treated made me feel discriminated against, which is deeply concerning. Show less »

Such a welcoming and friendly place, staff were absolutely lovely. Recently had Gynaecomastia surgery done at SC with Dr Ahmed and he and the rest of the staff were so accommodating before, during and after my surgery. I have a wonderful experience of the Glasgow Clinic..Both surgeon and team were outstanding..as was the clinic..it was clean modern and everyone make me feel relaxed and calm which I appreciated as I was late..Nicole was so kind and im very pleased with the surgery..it was painless and quicker than expected..The outcome is so much better than expected...I fe... I had a wonderful experience at Signature Clinic. My initial consultation with Dr. Nas was exceptional: he was professional, approachable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain the procedure in detail, answered all of my questions patiently, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision.

I went on to have my eyelid surgery with another member of the surgical team, and I am very happy with the results. The care, professionalism, and attention to detail from the entire team, guided by Dr. Nas’s advice during the consultation, were outstanding. Every member of staff from the clinic reception, doctor, surgeon, clinical nursing staff, and the after care team were so kind, knowledgeable and very supportive.
I honestly feel about 10 years younger.

Im so glad i made the decision to have Blepharoplasty. It's a really weird feeling because you're awake and you know what's happening. Didn't feel a thing. The initial results were amazing. The post surgery pictures tgey sent were fantastic. Obviously, there is bruising and swelling leakage, all of which are to be expected. The first night was a bit uncomf... Show more »
Im so glad i made the decision to have Blepharoplasty. It's a really weird feeling because you're awake and you know what's happening. Didn't feel a thing. The initial results were amazing. The post surgery pictures tgey sent were fantastic. Obviously, there is bruising and swelling leakage, all of which are to be expected. The first night was a bit uncomfortable, but other than that, there was no pain at all.
The team was really lovely from the receptionist, nurses, and surgeon. They explained everything checking with me throughout. After care brilliant. 12 days after surgery, I'm definitely delighted with the results. There is still bruising and swelling again to be expected, but I'm so happy with how it looks so far.
I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Signature Clinic Glasgow who was involved in my surgery. Would 💯 recommend them to anyone looking for surgery 🤩 Show less »

From our first consultation, Dr. Ahmed was incredibly kind and attentive. He took the time to understand my needs regarding the surgery and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I especially appreciated that he provided me with extra garments, which made a significant difference in my recovery.
The support I received from the aftercare team was equally impressive. Nurses Dana, Kirsty, Claire, and Naaz were all wonderfully helpful and compassionate. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my recovery. Their dedication to patient care truly made my experience a positive one.

However, a quick surgery on both wrists solved the problem. Now, I can sleep through the night without waking up in pain and use my hands without worrying about the discomfort later on. It's b... I highly recommend Signature Clinic to everyone. I had been suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome for years, and waiting for the NHS to address it was a waste of time. However, a quick surgery on both wrists solved the problem. Now, I can sleep through the night without waking up in pain and use my hands without worrying about the discomfort later on. It's been 6 months since the surgery, and my hands feel like new. It took me about 6 weeks to return to weight training without any issues. Only doing push-ups was challenging, but after 4 months, I could do them again. The aftercare was excellent – whenever I had questions, I would send an email and receive a prompt response.
