Laura is fantastic. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. From my first visit she has been really informative and patient. Super lovely and puts you at ease quickly. She is excellent and I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Laura has been my go to for many years now. She is so warm, friendly and professional. I wouldn't trust anyone else! She always gives great advice on your treatment and comforts you if you feel anxious. She's just wonderful!

This was my first visit to the Private Medical Rooms to have skin tags removed. From the off Laura made me feel at ease and fully explained the steps that would be followed. This was my first visit to the Private Medical Rooms to have skin tags removed.
From the off Laura made me feel at ease and fully explained the steps that would be followed. And how to care for the skin afterwards.
After my consultation she quickly progressed to the treatment and promptly removed the tags which gave me no discomfort.
After again going over the after care, I was free to go.
In all the whole process took just under half an hour and I am delighted with the outcome.
I would highly recommend Laura for her professional approach and customer care.

I always have the best experience with Laura, she’s so attentive to the areas I worry about and gives expert advice - I always leave feeling amazing and once the Botox kicks in, I feel like a new, younger person. Couldn’t recommend the Private Medical Rooms and Laura enough.
