I wanted to wait for further treatment but honestly I’ve absolutely 0 concerns and know the outcomes going to be good! Absolutely amazing team, never felt so at ease doing something I was so nervous about. I was worried for years, think I felt embarrassed, but as soon as I walked in and spoke to the first member of staff my nerves left me. Professional, affordable and most importantly, (in my opinion) friendly. Can’t wait to go back for my other sessions and fry these follicles! Done lots of research before picking thérapie and would 100% recommend their cleanser & aloe Vera for aftercare. The aftercare is just as important as the procedure so I definitely wanted good quality, professional products. She thoroughly explained the entire procedure, patiently answered all my questions, and ensured I felt comfortable at every stage. Her professionalism, kindness, and gentle approach made me feel completely at ease and confident throughout the session.
