I would give 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend this place. I've held off since September to leave a review. I came for facial laser treatment; everything was okay. I told the therapist doing my treatment that when she was lasering my upper lip, it was extremely painful, and I could feel the heat burning in my teeth. None the wiser, she said there was only a little bit left, so I let her continue. This was my first time, so I wasn't sure if that was normal. My gums were definitely tender after the treatment. I woke up the next day to swollen, sore, and cut gums. I contacted the clinic, sent them photos of my gums, and they said they would look into it. It's now November, and I'm still going back and forth with emails, yet no resolution. I spent just over £436 on 10 sessions here. I will not be continuing due to what happened to me. I asked to be refunded, and they have not acknowledged this. They are so fast to push you into getting it done and buying the 10-session package and taking your money. they seem so professional at the front of house then when it comes to the treatment you give a girl that looked like she couldn't be bothered with her job

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS NOT WORTH THE PAIN AND TRAUMA THAT COMES WITH IT AND YOU WILL BE OUT OF POCKET !!! Show less »

I wanted to wait for further treatment but honestly I’ve absolutely 0 concerns and know the outcomes going to be good! Absolutely amazing team, never felt so at ease doing something I was so nervous about. I was worried for years, think I felt embarrassed, but as soon as I walked in and spoke to the first member of staff my nerves left me. Professional, affordable and most importantly, (in my opinion) friendly. Can’t wait to go back for my other sessions and fry these follicles! Done lots of research before picking thérapie and would 100% recommend their cleanser & aloe Vera for aftercare. The aftercare is just as important as the procedure so I definitely wanted good quality, professional products. Today I had my first full-body laser treatment, and I was quite anxious before arriving. However, Maja was exceptional from start to finish. She thoroughly explained the entire procedure, patiently answered all my questions, and ensured I felt comfortable at every stage. Her professionalism, kindness, and gentle approach made me feel completely at ease and confident throughout the session.
She told me that I made her day with my words, but honestly, she was the one who made my day better and made all my fears about laser treatment disappear. I am very much looking forward to continuing the treatment process under her care. Show less »

This was my first time getting the treatment so I was a bit apprehensive about it being sore but it was just a series of tiny scratches, not painful at all, and that’s coming from someone quite squeamish.
