I am amazed at what Darren has done to rectify the damage done to my face by a procedure carried out at another clinic. It is absolutely amazing and I look like my 'old' self again. The new premises are breathtaking, that combined with the professionalism and personal touch of all staff cannot be underestimated. Absolutely first-class treatment in all aspects.
I totally recommend and I look forward to my next visit.

From a lovely welcome at the door to a warm welcome from Dr Darren. The Dr didn't disappoint. He has a lovely warm welcoming personality and explains everything before treatment. I have been coming to see Darren and the team for many years and have always beeen happy with my experience but I have to knock off a star as the last two visit I haven’t had the outcome I would have expected or wanted . First I want to say I have always had great service from Darren and he’s always welcoming and good at his job but the treatments haven’t worked the last couple of times and I’m disappointed as the treatments isn’t cheap. I booked in to see Darren in August and he said there was a new Botox and did I want to give this a go and I was more then happy to just told me it’s a bit nippy which it was no problem so everything went well booked my follow up appointment two weeks later and got this topped up this is were things went wrong it didn’t work my wrinkles came back less than two weeks later contacted the clinic and was told Darren wasn’t available was away and they would see what they could do but I never got an email resolution never mind . So I couldn’t afford to go back straight away a lot of money so booked in in December to see Rhonda on the 11 December told her I didn’t want the same Botox and explained what happened she did my Botox and I booked follow up for the 23rd of December and got a reminder on the 19 asking me to confirm my appointment so the day before go to check the time on my account and see my appointment has been cancelled so look through emails no email confirming cancellation so clinic closes so called the day the appointment was due and told Rhona is on leave fair enough but am then told there no doctors until the 5 of January why didn’t you just be honest with patient and say your closing your clinic over Christmas and send me an email letting me know appointment is cancelled as I get after care emails etc and I have been a loyal customer a long time and I had taken time off as well to attend needs to be better communication with clients in future and the reason I didn’t complain further with Botox in August was I don’t want an atmosphere and I thought on my recent appointment that it would have been sorted address with a reduction in price I know this is a business but Botox is a lot of money but I do love coming here that’s my only negative comment. Dr. Darren is incredibly knowledgeable, and simply a genius and wizard! Apprehensive to start on injectables for a couple of years, Dr. Darren reassured me and absolutely delivered! The results are natural and subtle, just what I wanted. No downtime, and I’m already seeing a confidence boost!
The clinic on Bath Street is stunning too (just wait till you see the Christmas trees and decorations!). If you’re on the fence, just go—best decision I ever made. Highly recommend to anyone in Glasgow looking for top-tier aesthetic care. Blessed and grateful to have Darren here in Glasgow! Customer for life!
I since returned for a laser consultation with Dr Rhona and I cannot stress enough how absolutely adorable, knowledgeable and kind she was!
