I have been having botox, profhilo and dermal filler treatment with dr Lucy for several years now. She is very professional and honest and will always say no if she feels you don’t need a treatment. I have never felt rushed and she takes her time to explain everything in detail. As a nurse myself, I am aware of the risks of these treatments and I feel in such safe hands with her.

I recently had Morpheus8 done and I can honestly say it was seamless. I was expecting some discomfort but I genuinely didn’t feel anything. Her technique is incredibly refined and it’s clear she has a wealth of experience and precision in what she does 👌🏼

I’ve already started seeing my results and I’m so pleased. What really stands out is her aftercare. She stays in touch, checks in on you and genuinely makes you feel looked after every step of the way. Selina listened to my concerns, and is always totally honest about what is achievable and what would work for my face. I wanted a very natural finish... my face but looking youthful and healthy. I am so pleased with the results. I went into my consultation thinking I knew all I needed, and I am so glad I listened and trusted Selina who created a treatment plan based on my requirements, budget and her expertise on what would achieve optimal results. It's like therapy seeing Selina, I feel so relaxed and know I'm in great hands ... and the results are amazing. I had an excellent experience with Dr Maryam, who treated me with Profhilo Structura. Her care, technique and attention to detail were outstanding.

She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and gave me a genuinely honest, professional opinion. What stood out most was her eye for subtle improvements that complement your natural features. She carefully considers your facial structure and what will achieve the most balanced, natural-looking result.

I felt completely at ease throughout, had no adverse effects afterwards and could already see the results very quickly. The improvements are subtle but noticeable, which is exactly what I wanted. Having visited other practitioners previously, I could really appreciate the precision, judgement and experience she brings to her work.

I would highly recommend Dr Maryam and Koncept Medical Clinic. I’ll also be returning for blood tests and to explore some of the clinic’s wider GP and women’s wellbeing services! Show less »
