A lovely welcoming friendly practice. My dentist was very nice and made me feel relaxed. She offered lots of advice and explained everything thoroughly. Its a small practice so did not seem busy. This dentistry is the best one I've ever been to. I've had some horrible experiences in the past but Dr.Seymor has helped me overcome my fear of dentist's. The staff are so lovely. This dentistry is the best one I've ever been to. I've had some horrible experiences in the past but Dr.Seymor has helped me overcome my fear of dentist's. The staff are so lovely. I am a new patient, and I booked my first appointment. After waiting for two months, the clinic cancelled it and gave me another date. When I visited, I explained that I had a swollen gum and pain. I am a new patient, and I booked my first appointment. After waiting for two months, the clinic cancelled it and gave me another date.

When I visited, I explained that I had a swollen gum and pain. The dentist checked and told me to book an appointment for hygiene. No one mentioned that it would cost £75.

When I went to book it and said I couldn’t afford that much, I explained that I came for pain treatment, not for beauty or cleaning. The staff said, “I’m sorry,” and when I asked to speak with the dentist again, the dentist told me that because I asked extra questions, I used extra time and now had to book another appointment after three months.

They told me to brush my teeth at home and come back later.
I found this experience very disappointing. I was in pain and expected proper help, but I didn’t get any real treatment or support. Show less »

Very happy with the dentist Seymour, I am usually worried about going to the dentist but I needed a root canal urgently. He was very calming and assured me the whole way and has changed my view on the dentist. Since then I have had Invisalign and he has been great the whole way through. Very happy with the dentist Seymour, I am usually worried about going to the dentist but I needed a root canal urgently.

This was my first visit to a dentist in 15 years, so I was feeling quite nervous and anxious beforehand. I have to give full credit to the whole team at Dental Beauty Feltham for making the experience so much better than I could have imagined.

My dentist, Dr Suleimanov, was open, honest, straightforward and very easy to get along with, which immediately helped put me at ease. For my hygiene appointment, Nicola was absolutely outstanding. She took her time to explain everything clearly, even showing pictures to demonstrate what was happening. For me, the hardest part of being a patient is the not knowing - not knowing what’s happening, what it means, or what the outcome will be. Nicola filled in those gaps beautifully, which left me feeling informed and empowered rather than anxious.

I also want to mention Saru, the dental nurse, who had such a gentle and caring manner. Her presence really added to the sense of comfort throughout the appointment.

Overall, I couldn’t be more impressed with the professionalism, patience, and care from everyone I met. For someone who had avoided the dentist for so long, I came away feeling genuinely positive about the whole experience. Show less »
