I am an extremely anxious patient and even after a difficult appointment I was treated with kindness respect and compassion. I don’t normally leave reviews but the excellent service provided deserves credit. Berta the receptionist is always so helpful and kind and doctor Seymour is extremely patient and compassionate. I had teeth whitening treatment with lovely dentist Saiesha recently. I had noticed how yellow my teeth were from photos and had been deliberately keeping my mouth closed in recent pics because of it! I had teeth whitening treatment with lovely dentist Saiesha recently. The treatment was overnight gel in moulds (made from scanned teeth impressions). It was very straightforward and painless apart from mild sensitivity. I was very pleased with the results and Saiesha confirmed they were a few shades lighter at my follow up appt. Several friends and family had also commented on the improvement! Dental Beauty has been a great experience. As somebody who was extremely nervous about visiting a dentist, each step has been explained in detail to help ease my worries. I have never felt pressured, and have been allowed to take treatment at my own pace. I would highly recommend them.

The Dentist and dental nurse were incredibly professional. Really accommodating of my toddler. Went out of their way to entertain her and sort my treatment out quickly. Reception staff were really friendly.

I was seen by the dentist and had x-rays taken. Luckily this time there were no issues with my teeth. Then I saw the very friendly hygienist who thoroughly cleaned my teeth. I left with my teeth feeling shiny, and it was not as expensive as I had thought. Thank you for the professional service.

A lovely welcoming friendly practice. My dentist was very nice and made me feel relaxed. She offered lots of advice and explained everything thoroughly. Its a small practice so did not seem busy. Waited only a few minutes to be seen. Steps to upstairs are steep and narrow but not too many of them. Ask for a ground floor dentist if unable to manage stairs. Th... Show more »

This dentistry is the best one I've ever been to. I've had some horrible experiences in the past but Dr.Seymor has helped me overcome my fear of dentist's. The staff are so lovely. I am a new patient, and I booked my first appointment. After waiting for two months, the clinic cancelled it and gave me another date. When I visited, I explained that I had a swollen gum and pain. When I visited, I explained that I had a swollen gum and pain. The dentist checked and told me to book an appointment for hygiene. No one mentioned that it would cost £75.

When I went to book it and said I couldn’t afford that much, I explained that I came for pain treatment, not for beauty or cleaning. The staff said, “I’m sorry,” and when I asked to speak with the dentist again, the dentist told me that because I asked extra questions, I used extra time and now had to book another appointment after three months.

They told me to brush my teeth at home and come back later.
I found this experience very disappointing. I was in pain and expected proper help, but I didn’t get any real treatment or support. Show less »

Very happy with the dentist Seymour, I am usually worried about going to the dentist but I needed a root canal urgently. He was very calming and assured me the whole way and has changed my view on the dentist. Since then I have had Invisalign and he has been great the whole way through. I have been to the surgery since my son’s birth every 6 months without fail. The staff, doctors and nurse are very polite, provide good service. Very informative. My son loves coming here never complains. They also explain in a child friendly way and always encouraging.

This was my first visit to a dentist in 15 years, so I was feeling quite nervous and anxious beforehand. I have to give full credit to the whole team at Dental Beauty Feltham for making the experience so much better than I could have imagined.

My dentist, Dr Suleimanov, was open, honest, straightforward and very easy to get along with, which immediately helped put me at ease. For my hygiene appointment, Nicola was absolutely outstanding. She took her time to explain everything clearly, even showing pictures to demonstrate what was happening. For me, the hardest part of being a patient is the not knowing - not knowing what’s happening, what it means, or what the outcome will be. Nicola filled in those gaps beautifully, which left me feeling informed and empowered rather than anxious.

I also want to mention Saru, the dental nurse, who had such a gentle and caring manner. Her presence really added to the sense of comfort throughout the appointment.

Overall, I couldn’t be more impressed with the professionalism, patience, and care from everyone I met. For someone who had avoided the dentist for so long, I came away feeling genuinely positive about the whole experience. Show less »
