Absolutely exceptional experience with Dr Bansri. From the moment I walked into Dr Bansri Aesthetics, I felt completely at ease. Her calm, gentle and reassuring manner is unmatched and she has such a natural ability to make you feel comfortable and confident in her care 👍🏼

I recently had Morpheus8 done and I can honestly say it was seamless. I was expecting some discomfort but I genuinely didn’t feel anything. Her technique is incredibly refined and it’s clear she has a wealth of experience and precision in what she does 👌🏼

I’ve already started seeing my results and I’m so pleased. What really stands out is her aftercare. She stays in touch, checks in on you and genuinely makes you feel looked after every step of the way. Her focus is always on putting us clients first and achieving the best possible outcomes for us 💫

I first went to her for Profhilo and the results and experience were so impressive that I continued with further treatments including polynucleotides and Morpheus8. I’ve already booked more treatments which says everything about the trust I have in her.

I would strongly advise people to avoid this place. I had a Perfect Peel treatment here in November 2025 and since then I have experienced noticeable changes to my skin which have been very distressing.

I raised my concerns with the clinic and attended a follow-up appointment, but I felt my concerns were dismissed. I then submitted a formal complaint, however the clinic concluded that the issues were not related to the treatment and refused to offer any resolution.

I am now seeking an independent opinion regarding the condition of my skin. The whole experience has been extremely upsetting and I would have expected more support and accountability from a medical professional.

Your response does not reflect my actual experience. My concerns were not properly addressed, and my skin noticeably worsened after the treatment. Dismissing this as having “no evidence” is inaccurate and dismissive.

I did not feel listened to or taken seriously during my follow-up. I am now seeking an independent medical opinion. Show less »

I moved to Dr Bansri 2 months ago and can't believe how professional and utterly brilliant she is for both my botox treatment and lip treatment today. Dr Bansri immediately puts you at ease. Prior to the skin analysis she determines what is important to you and why. Once the skin analysis is complete she puts you at ease and talks through the various options and why each one would benefit you .no hard sell so you are not under any pressure. Definitely recommend!
