Had such a wonderful experience. Firstly the clinic is very clean and beautifully presented. When I arrived I was greeted by a number of friendly and welcoming staff. I had an appointment with the injector Carol. She was so friendly and made me feel immediately comfortable. I ended up have some skin boosters (Profhilo and Redensity). it’s been a few days and I can already see a difference. I felt like I was in good hands - the treatment was quick and relatively pain free. I will definitely be back for Botox and maybe some skin treatments. Would definitely recommend to anyone. This was my first time getting the treatment so I was a bit apprehensive about it being sore but it was just a series of tiny scratches, not painful at all, and that’s coming from someone quite squeamish. Sarah was so lovely, and made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. She talked me through everything, so I understood how it worked and what to expect. The results are exactly what I was hoping for – natural-looking, but still with a noticeable difference. Sarah also takes before & after photos, which was really reassuring and helped me see the results objectively. The clinic itself is lovely, and the reception staff are genuinely warm and friendly.
